    @Shawhelp has **** the bed again. We installed #BlueCurve TV in October, and we've had issues with it every month since. I think this switch to @TELUSsupport is going to happen sooner than later. It's not worth the paper it's written on.

    @Shawhelp Difficult that we keep getting referred to online Shaw support when we have no internet. I had to drive where there is service to tweet. Do we have an ETA?

    @Shawhelp We where waiting on the computer as well as a phone call for over three hours. We are currently back on with a rep but 3 hours? A complete joke and very disappointing. There is no excuse for this poor customer service.
