    @Shawhelp seems to be an internet outage in West Port Moody but Shaw isn't showing any maintenance. Is it an issue that will be resolved soon?

    @ShawInfo it's a good thing no one would ever phone about their account when not at home since customer service won't talk to you unless you can give the serial number of your equipment as verification.

    @Shawhelp .. I should be able to see my terms without waiting on hold for 4 or 5 hours(literally what I had to do get the contract made in the first place).. I want to know if I can cancel and go somewhere else(with better customer service)

    Once again Shaw is down in Calgary. It’s not like anyone is still working from home. Wait! What? Ugh. When will @Shawhelp @ShawMediaBuzz realize that client retention is far cheaper than client acquisition? Multiple short & long term outages & NEVER any offer of discounts. #shaw

    @fanCRTCProfling What it means is that all current @ShawInfo customers, many of whom are used to decent, if not glowing, service (exc for biz accounts!) will be transitioned to appallingly terrible @RogersHelps service (incl biz accts). I've been on both and there's no way I will move to Rogers.
