I was all set up switch from @ShawInfo to @TELUS internet when Shaw swoops in w a last minute offer that I simply could not refuse. I call Telus to see if they'll beat it. Telus says since I'm a new internet customer they can't, but (2/x)

@Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Make this right immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.
