@Shawhelp Can you send someone to pick up the modem and TV boxes please? I'm sick of constant service interruptions and no solutions except to upgrade for more money. Funny how this happened the day our two years was up for renewal. You are all the same. Sickening.

@Shawhelp really fed up with our internet not working. We’ve reset the router, had you guys reset it from your end, moved router location and yet we still have major issues with download speed, actually getting internet in our apartment, 5G rarely if ever works #wantmymoneyback

@Shawhelp Thanks, maybe #Shaw could hire the App programmers at Crave, Netflix, CBCGem, AmazonPrime, CTV, etc. because they seem to be able to do it with no problems.

Hey @Shawhelp , are you guys having any issues with cable tv in deep south Calgary ? Seems pretty spotty at the moment. Tried all the normal reboot cable box etc
