    @ShawInfo The retail storefronts are a joke and offer no support whatsoever. We used to be able to go into the local shaw location and deal with account information. Now they closed the location and opened a mall location and they told us we can only service our account via phone

    Pretty crappy tactics by the @ShawInfo sales team to call me to upgrade my Internet service but not mention that I already had a cheaper offer sitting in my inbox. Presumably that's why he was so keen for me to plug in my new modem as soon as it arrives.

    @_ThePrncss But for real, @Shawhelp is actual dogshit. I called their help one time because I was having issues and the ***** argued with my that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I need to go to school for it. Was already graduated. ******* ****.

    @Shawhelp got a solution for these garbage hitron modems? Can't maintain a network connection at all... Same problems as years ago - the reason I left shaw. Why are you still using this junk?

    @Shawhelp your SMS 2FA notifications are being delayed by over an hour, which is a problem considering that the codes expire in 30 minutes. Please fix. Can't login.
