    @TELUSsupport I have to admit that this is where @ShawInfo beats you every time. Their customer service is so flawless that even though their service is shite, I stayed with them for 5 years. There's a ******* lesson there if you want it.

    @Shawhelp What's wrong with the internet service today? Are you letting interns mess with network configs? Internet is extremely unstable in Calgary downtown (6st SW)

    @ShawInfo hey so my service has been very spotty lately. Actual connection dropouts that outright shouldn't be happening. The phone support has been useless to help find a fix. And one time just hung up on me. I expect better out of Shaw.
