    @ShawInfo One of our PVRs died. I want to buy a replacement from you. So far - 3 dropped phone calls by you with misleading information, 4 chats with no help, your ordering software crashes... damn. It shouldn't be this hard. @TELUS you up for someone that spends ~$5K a year?

    @malcolmert @Shawhelp Yeah, that 3000 sq ft thing depends on the shape of your house. My house is 1500 or so but it's loooong so the internet doesn't work in my master bdrm. Got a WiFi router to extend the range.

    @Shawhelp My Ch 11 (Global BC) is not working. It says there is no content on this channel, but it is currently supposed to be recording a show on this channel. Help?? All other channels work.

    @malcolmert @Shawhelp Its true. I have shaw as well and same thing. I went and bought the Google wifi boosters and it solved the problem. That said, shouldn't cost $300 in equipment to make your wifi serviceable.
