    @Shawhelp 90 minutes of calling into your call center for help with my Internet issues has resulted in constant dropped calls on your end. And your chat support via app is borderline non-existent tonight. As a 20+ year customer, this is beyond frustrating.

    @Shawhelp Atleast have better answers than automated replies even for your β€œregular” outages. Such a bad customer experience. Instead of your ads which promote exactly opposite of what you provide, invest in fixing these issues.

    @Shawhelp This is the absolute last straw with Shaw. Second time this month there is an Outage in my area. Canada Day, my internet was out for 28 hours. Today it's been out for over 12 hours now. I would like compensation as I feel like I shouldn't have to front a $300 bill..

    @Shawhelp My shaw home service(landline internet, tv) is completely in the dark again the 2nd time in 2 we3ks. 1st time was over 24hrs and now I get a farsical reason from tech online saying fibre was cut
