    @JenniferGurke @ShawInfo One of the happiest days of my life was taking the MTS modem to the post office to mail it back to them. Too many issues to list. Valley Fiber since. Better service, no issues, cheaper. No question.

    @Shawhelp smart voice system is garbage. Come pick this stuff up@and reimburse me for the sales I have missed out on because customers think we are closed. If shaws phone didn't work the CEO would be having a fit. #noaccountability #Shaw #shawsucks

    @Shawhelp Is it normal to have to power cycle your cable boxes a few time a week in order for them to work? What about when your PVR recordings refuse to play? I mean, the box apologizes for the inconvenience, but I'm not sure that's enough. Any help?

    @Shawhelp Never had a home phone issue with Shaw... But plenty of 'nationwide' mobile issues...

    @Shawhelp I have been a customer for 30+ yrs. @getmoby has installed fiber in our building downtown #yyc and is offering great rates with no contract. My plan expires in a month. Are we able to negotiate a rate that is fairly comparable for me to continue with Shaw?

    @Shawhelp Oh, we still are having the experience. No service since yesterday. Tech walked out saying he was getting a ladder & 2nd person. Never came back. Hung up on 2x by customer service after asking for a supervisor (2nd time could hear super in the background telling him to hang up).
