    @ShawInfo a number of tv channels in the south vancouver/fraserview area have been displaying: ref code: S0a00 for a few hours now. outage not listed on shaw website as being one of current areas effected. wondering if its regular maintenance or theres an actual issue.

    @Shawhelp My internet speeds have yanked yet again. Why am I getting 3-55mbps when I pay for 500? Multiple chat sessions yield nothing but more tech visits, which fix things for a few days. I’m so fed up with this. Why can’t anyone figure this out and get it sorted? #throttling

    @FunkCityGuy @Shawhelp Shaws maintenance crew is having problems with their maintenance truck. Someone misplaced the crank, so they can't get it started....anyone got a horse and wagon?

    @Shawhelp our internets been down since yesterday at 1030-11pm (lower mainland BC) The modem isn’t responding at all. Is there a fix in progress??
