Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

Budman (@Uncle_Jed_1) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers @Shawinfo August 2026... and they're still playing the wrong version!!! On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that! And channel 159 still SUCKS!!!

rc edwards (@f1redwards) reported@Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I’ve had 2, and they both have. I am just disappointed and done with this modem. Service used to be so much better.
-
Jenn (@jskapin) reported@Shawhelp Internet, and it’s in Cochrane, ab. Self service doesn’t work either.
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I’ve been trying for a while for a solution, but it looks like we will end up changing providers next month, as we have not found a solution and I’m not the only one who has this issue with the X series modems.

Valerie Stables 🇨🇦Proud Western Canadian (@StablesValerie) reported@ShawInfo why is cable tv and on demand down again in NW Calgary? The service has been abysmal since Rogers took over. We pay high fees so I expect disruptions to be rare but that is not the case.
