I just spent almost an hour in some very frustrating interactions with customer service @shawhelp, courtesy of a really poorly designed text messaging system. Not once did I get (outwardly) mad at the customer service reps I spoke with. Be kind even when annoyed.

@Shawhelp It's not slow. It's down. I haven't changed anything other than cancel my tv and phone services with Shaw literally yesterday. I don't see outages in my area.

@Shawhelp Answer me this: where’s my money from seven months ago from Shaw Mobile. You guys asked me to expect a phone call on Monday to resolve this issue. It’s now Wednesday. Let this be a lesson to anyone signing up for any Shaw products. You’ll be disappointed and not get your $ back.

@Shawhelp there is an outage in my area since yesterday. No mention anywhere. Would a Shaw business account be immune to outages? How can I get find out about outages without having to call in? How can I avoid losing internet again because this is happening frequently in my area.
