    Hey @shawhelp are there service issues in North Calgary? Modem has been flashing yellow on me for 15 min here (even after unplugging for a few min). Can't watch TV because the newer boxes are internet based. 🙃

    @Shawhelp your “tech support” needs more training because how is it that I’m always fixing things myself? I need a technician to come tomorrow to switch my modem back to the old one.

    @Shawhelp There is an outage. It’s been going on for more than 7 hours. This is frequent. I’m fed up…it’s ALWAYS the Shaw equipment that fails. Half the town is out AGAIN.

    @Shawhelp Done that already, twice The service tech who showed up at my house yesterday also tried to work with you folks. No luck. Your account management people need to fix my account so that the new modem can be added which will allow the tech to activate the modem. Just that simple.

    @Shawhelp I'm in Edmonton and can't access by ATB online account. ATB tell me its a Shaw problem. If it is it would be nice if Shaw put out something about the outage and how long to fix. Can't access Oaken either.

    @Shawhelp one week into my Blue curve experience and it sucks! Explain to me why, if I tell it to record a show on ,say, CBC, it records those AND every OLD episode playing on GAMTVHD!! 🤬🤬🤬
