@JayIsPainting @Shawhelp FWIW, over the years I’ve had a number of bad Telus experiences however when they put fibre to our house we went back to them and their service to us the last few years has been quite good. (Including handling our switch from old house to temp apartment to hooking up new house).

For over a month now my @ShawInfo connection has been dropping for 10 minutes at a time. This is a neighborhood problem. Shaw send me a link and a technician tells me a loose connection and tightens some screws. No change. Shaw sends me a link to a high priority tech support.

@StephaneCorbel @Shawhelp Shaw is better then Telus @TELUSsupport never opted to give me fibre only VDSL while shaw was offering 1gbps couldnt reiest that!

@Shawhelp - my internet has been out since about 9:30 PM last night.. Website said possible outage was scheduled for 12-8AM. Figured that out myself.. Your business is communication, yet y’all suck at it. Notify your customers. Still doesn’t make sense why it was out at 9:30..
