@ShawInfo Been 3 months of trying to fix my internet and nothing is working. I’m so close to transferring to a different provider, i’m so tired of my internet either cutting out or not working for video games. Im just trying to enjoy my winter break after a stressful year.

@Shawhelp Argh. Just wanted to speak to a human so I didn't have to type out the answers to the multitude of questions over chat. Scheduled 2 callbacks so that they would be "ready" to speak to me but had to hang up after 20+ mins of being on hold both times when THEY called me.

@Shawhelp Don, our Wifi is unstable due to too many WiFi networks being on the same channel. We are on 300MB/sec and a Bluecurve Gateway. There are 6 WiFi networks on 2.4GHz Ch1, and 5 on 5GHz Ch155. How do I change the BlueCurve Gateway's WiFi Channels?
