mr kaswa (@mrkaswa) reported@Shawhelp No. I've told you the problem. I will give my account number, but since the last encounter with Shaw tech support resulted in an escalation to the CRTC as 4 Shaw employees outright lied to me, I'm not prepared to deal with them right now.

Reached out to your agents as early as Feb 2021, they didn't help me through pandemic situation. Feeling bad as longtime customer👎
