@ShawInfo #shawcable You sent our new modem to a different address in a different province, and now we have no shaw services at all today. I want to cancel this brand new contract, for one that works please!!!

@Shawhelp @MusashiGauss Are you sure Shaw is doing everything they can? The outage not acknowledged until 5 hours after it began, the updates have been sporadic and repeat that 'technicians are onsite' (how is it an update if they were onsite before?), and after 27 hours there is still no ETA

@Shawhelp We have been down since 23rd and we’re told we would be back on after BC Hydro power came back. Power came back after 9 hours but 33 hours later no internet etc. Say they cannot look at until 29th. This is brutal service

My @TELUS home services contract expires in a few weeks. After 6 years with them I haven't been happy with their service for the past year. I'm considering switching to @ShawInfo Who would you choose?

@Shawhelp They are new every time. Thanks though. I already had help through chat and they were unable to stop the calls after resetting modem. My phone is now unplugged.

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Been with Telus 12 yrs, can't get Fibre Optic in my area, they are on the old system of copper. They charge me for Fibre Optic when I can't get the service,they have to actually install under ground. I can't get the speed they offer,Just not possible.I'm going with Shaw in Jan.
