    @ShawInfo my internet died and a tech just told me the earliest someone can come to service is tomorrow at 2pm. Huh?! I work from home and need internet to do my job. Outages should be priority

    @Shawhelp Is there some reason my TV box just decided at 8:36 to suddenly cut the signal and say something to the effect of "we're sorry, there seems to be a problem, if you just changed your subscription blah blah"? I hit OK, change the channel up and down, and the show is back
