    @Shawhelp It turns out you can put in a submission under "My Voice" and "other.". I would have thought that referred to phone service - but okay.

    Hey @Shawhelp - my two year contract is up and I get that you want me to renew it. A good way to do it would be to offer me something better and cheaper than the competition. This is your third call offering me slower service at higher prices than what @TELUSsupport has. Really?
