    @Shawhelp You can't just withdraw money because your system has flaws in it. I as a customer am not in control of canada post or your warehouse staff. It does not mean by default that I should be the one billed. I dropped it off at Canada Post as instructed my hands are clean.

    @Shawhelp @Denish222 Yes it is true. My internet goes down 2-3 times a week unexpectedly. Waiting for the contract to be over so I can move switch to Bell.

    On top of this... my new router is developing problems now and has to be continuously reset. So should I anticipate getting another "missing hardware charge" @Shawhelp or just ride out your crappy hardware until my contract is up??? 5/5

    So I spoke to @canadaposthelps about the issue and they told me that you use the same QR code for all shipments. Meaning @Shawhelp should have the code, but they don't have a way to track it. AND they told me we're not the first time they've been told this about Shaw. 4/...
