    @ShawInfo you have the worse shaw technician ever! One of your tech, Jason, disconnected my internet while he was servicing a home across my alley. I confronted him to fix the problem HE CAUSED! But he didn't. He just left. Now I'm out internet and TV until Saturday.

    @Shawhelp No problems other than the system now requires signal boosters on the lines that only last 4 hours in a power outage. Nice to know that will no longer be an issue.

    @Shawhelp query: Gabriola is being updated to fibre optic cable right now. Does this eliminate the need for the numerous signal booster paks around the island that fail after 4 hours in a power outage?

    For anyone wondering.. if you move house but don't have a new home and can't use their service @ShawInfo will still continue to charge you for their services even though they can't provide it 👎 #lessonlearned #monopoly No wonder @TekSavvyBuzz are so popular nowadays

    @shawhelp your service tech, Jason, is incompetent and irresponsible. To have this guy working for you in an embarrassment. He accidentally cut off my TV & Internet and refuses to fix it. Now, I have to wait 2 days until I can get another of your tech to fix the problem HE caused

    @Shawhelp Absolutely brutal customer support experience. For the money I pay you each month, I expect to be able to call and talk to someone without waiting an hour. Are you *trying* to get me to switch to @TELUS?
