    @Shawhelp Updates to BlueCurve service.

  • TheErdbird Rachael Erdmann MSc MPH (@TheErdbird) reported

    Hey @ShawInfo, want to tell us what's happened to the Internet in southwest Edmonton? Some of us have had an outage since 930 this morning. It's easier to be patient when we know what you are trying to fix.

  • lisarea Lisa Rea (@lisarea) reported

    @Shawhelp So, no internet all day at home or at the school my kids go to. No explanation or ETA of a fix. What’s up Shaw? Going on 12 hrs now....

  • deepend_tc deepend (@deepend_tc) reported

    @shawinfo @Rogers will invest 6.5 billion in Western Canada to build "critically needed 5G networks" Who fcking asked for 5G. Spend money improving overall coverage would be a better solution. Speeds of current wireless is only crap where coverage is weak. 5G wont solve it.

  • bkboechler Bryan Boechler (@bkboechler) reported

    @romerilj @660NEWS This is an unfortunate development for consumers. @ShawInfo has great customer care, and their services are superior to others. Not to mention the impact it’s going to have consumer rates.

  • tom_scott23 Tom Scott (@tom_scott23) reported

    @ShawInfo Don’t fall for the crap that Rogers is trying to pull. You started with a good idea with freedom. As well as continue your own stardom.

  • EeveTV EeveTV (@EeveTV) reported

    @Shawhelp So... My internet has been up and down for the last 2 months during the times I work. Now. I just got told by customer service that someone cut a fibre optic line and it will be down 6hrs. Month refund or partial refund would be appropriate. South Calgary.

  • TheErdbird Rachael Erdmann MSc MPH (@TheErdbird) reported

    @VoortGregory @Shawhelp Right? I'm a pretty forgiving person and I'm not particularly mad, things happen! If a car ran into a server building, that's hard to fix! I just want to know!

  • trrrevor Trevor (@trrrevor) reported

    @Shawhelp @VallisMeg It seems to be just Lightspeed on vancouver island that is down, not @Shawhelp . No ETA.

  • littlevoice1242 Brian Dyck (@littlevoice1242) reported

    It would be nice if @ShawInfo updated their Support Articles. So many ones out of date that it is hard to find answers about products that I'm interested in!
