Alex (@GoBills2112) reported@Shawhelp There has to be more urgent help available? My internet will be out for 40 hours by the time an agent will come to fix! That’s unacceptable. Two employment incomes depend on this as we work from home. This is ridiculous. I’m thinking about canceling at the end of my contract
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

Rick Alsop (@RickAlsop) reported@Shawhelp I an not a Rogers customer. They have no idea who i am.
-
D (@superdaddoo) reported@TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.

jordan (@musicfnatic) reported@Shawhelp this stream of the utah mammoth vegas golden knights game is terrible
-
Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

A_Pure_Chase (@apurchase) reported@Shawhelp, it's been hours since our internet went out and hours since an update and no ETA on when it will return.... how about some customer service and give an estimated ETA?
-
D (@superdaddoo) reportedPSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I already called, and they said no. I’ve been a customer for years and so has my family.
