    @shawhelp was does the golf channel break down and freeze every weekday from 12:00 to 3:00 Starts stops freezes and than sorry we are having trouble try again later ??

    @Shawhelp You’ve admitted you can’t access my account. So what good is sending you a DM? This is my real name. Tell your management to look up my file in your records and fix the problem identified and admitted in your own logs. Entire problem + solution are WITHIN @Rogers. So fix it.

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
