    Shaw internet and cable in my part of NW Calgary just came back on after a 17 hour outage - way too long an outage @ShawInfo! And the first thing we saw on our tv as it came back was an ad from Shaw about reliable service- kind of galling!

    @Shawhelp whats going on with this outtage in Calgary? Working towards 24 hours with no internet or cable. God help us if this Rogers merger happens and we lose our cellular service too. Pathetic #yyc #shawouttage

    Hey Shaw Your customer service SUCKS It is NOT convenient for customers to to pack up equipment after they cancel your services when we live in Winnipeg & a drop off would be much easier This is all about what is easier for Shaw not customers Not impressed @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp Any updates on the outage affecting north Calgary? 19 hours now without service, and the last update last night at 9 or 10 pm suggests that it "will take a few hours" to conduct repairs. I was expecting it to be resolved this morning.
