    @Shawhelp New customer here. Spent 2 hours on phone & your rep treated me like an idiot. You are not honouring your agreement..(missing channels) But expect me to (pay bill). Please confirm head office is 630-3rd Ave in Calgary. I'll be sending a registered letter to Brad Shaw.

    @Shawhelp Since starting my work computer at 7:15, I have been disconnected from wifi approximately 20 times, and had to restart once when connection was completely lost. All this started when we « upgraded » to Bluecurve modem. Please don’t tell be reboot again, just fix it.

    No internet for 26 hrs. No sign of repairs. No notifications. No eta. @TELUS @TELUSsupport to keep me as a customer, all you had to do was keep delivering your over-priced service. But you can't even do that. Tomorrow I switch to @Shawhelp along with my neighbours. Good riddance!
