@Shawhelp Thank you so much for the absymal service! I love not being able to stream on a service that can't keep a constant upload speed. BTW how much is a new modem? Your incompetent tech support caused me to drop it a few times.... very forcefully.

  • a_h_reaume A. H. (@a_h_reaume) reported

@yilinwriter @ShawInfo My landline is completely out and my internet isn’t working. It might be a local issue if you’re also having problems!

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@mobutils @CRTCeng @ShawInfo The DHCP part is important because the ISP has to give the cableco large chunks of IPs that are managed by the cableco, split into blocks for each CMTS with routing tables, and DHCP programmed to give an ISP customer an IP that belongs to ISP *and* routed to that CMTS.

@WFLBC @Shawhelp Hmm, I’ve had issues in the past with 5GHz interference but should be a lot less than 2.4, do you have the new Shaw BlueCurve gateway/wifi box?

  • LeeMac19871611 Lee Mac (@LeeMac19871611) reported

@Shawhelp If I get no response from @Bell_MTS and the issue isn't resolved today ... will def be messaging you. Thanks Lance! Can't afford to have wasted days when working from home and rely on the internet. Super frustrating.

  • LeeMac19871611 Lee Mac (@LeeMac19871611) reported

@Bell_MTS What in the HELL is wrong with my cable/internet in Beausejour. Call BellMTS and its like talking to the wall. We rebooted & did all the crap they told us and NOTHING. I work from home so I will be switching to @Shawhelp if this is NOT corrected today! #BellMTS sucks

@Shawhelp Hey shaw @GlobalBC is playing the wrong show it’s supposed to Play @FBICBS but it’s playing border security. I think there’s need to be a fix. Thank you!

@ShawInfo You are a perfect example of worst and arrogant customer service. Never accept your mistake. Slow claps.

  • mobutils James Pike 🇨🇦 (@mobutils) reported

@jfmezei @CRTCeng After rereading the thread… I don’t think it needs modification given that I did present this was in the context of @shawInfo, my last my provider. However, It may have been more correct to say I have been following the WHSA rates issue, in the first post.

@Shawhelp I’m getting some issues using Skype on my PC.. work asked me to check with my ISP for “speed and latency issues” .. is there any way to check that?
