@ShawInfo you’re the worst. Spent 90 min on your chat line wondering if I can get our 5 year old hardware upgraded (so buttons work) and a better price, only to be told that we need a channel “make-over” and that deals take time to create. Switching providers.

@Shawhelp @natewu188 can this be why my blue curve and on demand, isn't working? I have internet service (able to use Twitter & listen to audiobook on Scribd, for instance) - but Blue Curve TV not available. Seems odd to have some of Shaw working and not all. Wouldn't it be all or nothing?

@Shawhelp any reason why my internet keeps going down every couple minutes and coming back. This is insane. I moved in the summer and since I moved it’s been garbage. I am now seriously considering leaving your services to Bell. Atleast they actually have fibre optics here

@TheInsignia94 @Shawhelp Lol right. On New year's Day no less, when everything is closed and we're on lockdown anyway. Their page says "ice damage" which is baffling since it was above 0 today. Why don't they have a backup system in place. Smh

Pissed off at @Shawhelp again. Spent 3 hours with 2 seperate techs progressively breaking my **** even worse before the 2nd said he'd call back in 12 minutes.... I waited 30 before fixing it myself. If I hadn't hated every day of my life in tech support I'd tell them to hire me.
