@Shawhelp Was talking to techs through online chat about my mobile service not functioning properly (no MMS). Was told my phone was not compatible (false). Turned out your manual APN configuration instruction page is incorrect. You should fix it, as others will have the same issues i did.

@Shawhelp been in chat for 51 mins so far. Finally we've established the modem, (installed by a tech), is too far away from the source. Online customer service isnt being helpful. Trying to sell me a modem, or bring a tech in, but not answer whether the tech fee is waived.

Sorry again for the internet drops. @shawhelp decided to cut service to my old router when it was working fine and made me go to a different one. which now cant seem to stay connected for more then 10 minutes at a time

@Shawhelp wow 3pm and no wifi this is getting out of hand Shaw I'm getting sick of this excuse of a service, I want a new modem one that ACTUALLY works, I'm tired of paying for a broken modem that cannot stay connected, and before you say anything I did the whole reset

@Shawhelp Sorry to say this is the second time in a week I've been having issues. I have a new modem and everything. We are paying for good quality strong connection. Getting terrible service of late. This is in the Riverbend area of Edmonton.
