    @Shawhelp Hi river, Is there any chance this outage could affect mobile networks? My mobile data (Virgin+) is really slow and virgin couldn't give me any answers.

    Would be really nice if @Shawhelp could get my internet up and running. Have had to turn away at least 50 customers so far because of cash only with this outage.

    @Shawhelp Once the problem is fixed, will there be financial reimbursement for customers affected by the cable/phone/Internet outages? Like many people, I’m very reliant on the Internet for work.

    So disappointed with Shaw internet @ShawInfo @Shawhelp 3 weeks now of intermittent service in my area, hours of time spent with support. $125 a month for a partial service..

    @Shawhelp There is an outage in Crescent Heights in Calgary any ETA or reports of one since you guys only have one in Tuxedo Park listed but not Crescent Heights
