My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. Fix it ASAP, and ensure future updates work for everyone before releasing it.

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp Sadly this is 2 days in a row of trying, and today is the last day of the billing cycle, so if I miss it I believe I’ll be double billed essentially. Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
