    So I sent a message to @ShawInfo and was immediately talking to a field sales rep and they took my info and they can set me up with better pricing. I still want what I am owed from @TELUS . Like hell even your loyalty can get back to me after being almost a 20 year customer

    Hey @Shawhelp no wifi or internet in our area since yesterday .. apparent outage with no details posted to your website.. what’s the deal why should we stay with shaw?? Brutal

    @Shawhelp A different browser on an iPhone? Well that’s not helpful but the network sign-on pop up isn’t in a browser. You connect and the pop up comes up to fill in your info. You have to leave that pop up to get to your email and then your back to square one as that closes and resets.
