Landslides and forest fires can cause damages to the fiber as well. We'll definitely be seeing more service interruption in the coming years

mad scientist (@so___ber) reported@Shawhelp I was promised a $0 mobile plan when I signed up for shaw home but now I know being asked to pay $10 per month. I ordered the SIM cards the same time that I got the connection but Shaw never delivered them even after asking again.

Jared (@Jare) reported@Shawhelp furthermore, by not being public about the modem provisioning issue (which is affecting hundreds of customers, not “a small number”) and having support reps straight up lie saying it will be resolved *TODAY* (6 days ago) you have lost a customer.
