@Shawhelp I’ve read the non information posted on the outage page. It just keeps repeating the same thing for 9 days now. If it’s not back on today or I don’t get an answer as to why it’s still down then I’ll be switching to telus.

  • davezubricki Dave Zubricki (@davezubricki) reported

@Shawhelp Someone was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago regarding TV service issues. - Account # 039-1291-4401. Please advise.

  • Avienith Avi (@Avienith) reported

@Shawhelp It sounds more mechanical than something a reset would help, but when I can get behind the entertainment centre to the plug I'll try that!

  • jtvancouver Jo-Anne Teal (@jtvancouver) reported

I'm disappointed in myself that I was a loyal customer of @Shawhelp for so long. Finally took the plunge of switching internet providers to save over $30 a month. Shaw insists I return modem by Canada Post.I explained that was not possible, I was told Canada Post was only option.

  • PaulEAndrews Paul Andrews (@PaulEAndrews) reported

@theBurlyChef @Shawhelp It is hot garbage. Even @TELUS migrated their users over to Google Mail and mothballed their internal servers. Shaw’s probably not doing anything more than keeping the lights on until Rogers merger is approved or not.

  • BCbonnebelle Bonnie (@BCbonnebelle) reported

@Shawhelp Internet not working on my TV. Help please

  • MrsWest52939230 Mrs West (@MrsWest52939230) reported

@Shawhelp Sorry, "Tom" (bot), same answer, no Answer! Is it going to be a week, a month, what? Did the transmission tower in my area topple? Are the underground cables still buried? Will shaw or will shaw not disclose truth about the actual issues? I'm ready to switch providers!!!

  • JPisio JP (@JPisio) reported

@Shawhelp Ya, I'm over in Mayfair and everything is down. Cable, internet, wifi, etc. So when you say Pacific Heights, do you mean Pacific Heights or "We have no idea, we just threw a dart at a map and that's where it landed"?

  • KrazyKarl15 Krazy Karl (@KrazyKarl15) reported

@RoboChiCKEnn @Shawhelp @bobdar1 You think the internet is the first thing emergency services repairs? How about power, water and phone first?

  • OhMyItsBrad Brad (@OhMyItsBrad) reported

@Shawhelp internet is down in Red Deer?
