@Shawhelp Thanks. I am looking into it now. On a different note, your website is not working on my iPhone XS running iOS 14.4. Nothing can be tapped and some images are not loading. I tested it in Safari and Brave.

@Shawhelp Why do you not have a contact phone on your support pages? You make it extremely inconvenient to even attempt contact. Just refresh the whole network. You guys screwed it up and now we have to spend the time to get it fixed. BS.

@Shawhelp I’ve done everything to get the blue curve app rolling here and it’s still wonky. I can’t turn my kids internet on for school this morning. It did this yesterday and took me almost an hour or more... of troubleshooting. I’ve done everything in your help center
