It's as simple as offering a service, paying good money for it, and then not receiving it. It should be an easy problem to solve.

Calling support and waiting for a call back, and then having them call back to leave you on hold for 40 minutes kind of defeats the purpose. The help line is worse than useless and this just seems like a ploy 1/2
