    @Shawhelp I think we have a Shaw Webmail outage. I can’t send or receive email. I can’t even forward an exteral email from Google to my shaw email account. Not getting any emails on my phone.

    @Shawhelp I think you all need to hire more Customer Service staff. I’ve been on hold for over 1hr 15min now. And the web chat service is unable to assist with my issue. Will I ever be able to talk to a person?

    @Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday afternoon due to a cut cable somewhere in NW Calgary. It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨

    @Shawhelp every week for like the last year since switching to Rogers, our tv cuts out lforcing us to plug and unplug the little black box & plug it in. It doesn’t happen with our downstairs tv. We also lose the sound and the way to fix it is to rewind and then ff.
