@Shawhelp Yeah I usually would of either dm'd or used the 24/7 chat. I power cycled modem and it's working again, for now. Will contact support or DM you when it happens again. Thanks.

@ShawInfo @Bell here we go again Shaw let a customer down no tv or internet for 4 days. Cant send a technician or fix our problem, means we loose work = no wage. « Bell can you come before Tuesday I think I’ll need a new service provider »

@Shawhelp There’s an outage with call forwarding on Shaw mobile as of now. Even after visiting mobile portal CF disables itself. Can't enable on phone either. Please review and escalate.
