@Shawhelp Yah, you guys failed giving us help with our internet outage. No connection for 5 days is not acceptable and that is if the tech shows up when their suppose to... we are trying to work from home here and you guys have screwed us over. #shawfail

@Shawhelp can you help me navigate how to launch Disney+ on my blue curve? We just installed yesterday and signed up on Wednesday after switching from telus. I was told during the call Disney+ would be available but I don’t see it. Any help?

@Shawhelp pretty disappointed with the Shaw service on our office move. Telling us will take 30 days!!! to have our phones transferred over. From today. Though we ordered the change May 17. Unreal. Internet supposed to be done last Friday, won't be done until tomorrow
