    @Natashae190 @Shawhelp Same, blinking orange light on the Bluecurve gateway. I've rebooted it 3 times. And been on hold for 10 minutes waiting to get through to tech support.

    @Shawhelp On hold with SHAW Support, but would to confirm no reported outages in Medicine Hat? SHAW Outage page doesn't think so atm so double-checking since it just happened.

    I believe @Shawhelp (in person & social media) never honours/ fulfills a former client's request to stop with the snail mail. So I ask Internet Marketing division to stop it altogether & be a proper example w #ShawTreeSpree #environmentalism. There's other ways to get clients.

    Dear @Shawhelp, please get your **** together. Your ****** wifi connection isn't even worth a dime. IM SO DONE. This is the last time I'm dealing with this **** wifi.

    @Shawhelp this is for other ppl here looking for help, please state the city and neighborhood you live in. Help the rest of us avoid renting/buying in the internet NO ZONE. Shaw may be fast but they dont have customer service. Telus, tell us why you hate us. Yea ZERO options
