@Shawhelp Yes because people always know that there’s a possibility they will be moving in two years…was not expecting such an inadequate response but based on the customer service I’ve received over the last 2 hours I shouldn’t be surprised 🙄

@fotogtom @ShawInfo Tech support is always useless... I knowhwo to cycle through their steps only to spend hours on the phone or online chat with them for them to tell me they have logged it.

hey sorry yall, i wanted to do a big old 24 hour subathon birthday thing today but my isp @ShawInfo is being terrible and not giving me anywhere near the bandwidth or upload im paying for. im not ok with stream tanking that bad we'll have to do it another day. again sorry yall

@Shawhelp That’s the point. Have already had numerous conversations with “technical support experts” with numerous tickets written and no change or improvements in tech probs experienced for many months.
