After YEARS of a good customer relationship with @ShawHelp, they did NOTHING to help when I needed new gear, attempted to INCREASE my bill as a fix & now waste my time with this collections ****. Bottom line, this isn’t acceptable @CRTCeng

  • Kitsune__Alexis Alexis Somers (@Kitsune__Alexis) reported

@ShawInfo It looks like there's an internet service outage affecting the City of Calgary. Any idea on when we can expect services to be restored?

  • CoW_mAn CoW mAn (@CoW_mAn) reported

@Shawhelp They never responded so I just power cycled the modem myself but with my shingles it hurt so much I was left crying in pain. Had to take extra painkillers because of this. Wish your equipment was reliable. Also a hearty **** YOU for putting me through this

  • katetakespics Kate Woolley (@katetakespics) reported

Customers shouldn’t have to waste HOURS of their time on chat/call, BEG for a fair rate, a new piece of equipment, or the same service a *new* customer is offered @Shawhelp

  • abwingfan Craig Properzi (@abwingfan) reported

Hey @ShawInfo just curious why my mail on my cellphone is reloading mail again all the way back to 2021 and before. Real pain in the ***. Please help. Last time it loaded so much the phone wouldn’t operate.

  • kjsapergia Kelly Sapergia (@kjsapergia) reported

@shawhelp Lately, whenever an emergency alert has been issued, I don't hear any audio as the alert is displayed, not even the tone. There's just a long period of silence. Is there a way this can be resolved?

  • FredNurke Chris Gordon (@FredNurke) reported

Good morning @Shawhelp, what is a "temporary video stream error"? I see others noting a cable outage in Port Coquitlam at least.

  • TheJbug79 Jbug (@TheJbug79) reported

@Shawhelp Given I have seen multiple people “report disruptions” now with the same issue, I suspect this is a delivery problem and not something to do with my location specifically.
