    @Shawhelp If I'm at home and have WiFi Calling enabled no problem I can make and receive calls and texts. As soon as I go anywhere data stops working, I can't send/receive texts and I can't make calls. Things like Google Maps won't work, can't stream music, can't even dial 611.

    @Shawhelp It hasn’t worked since November 25th. You guys sent a tech once. After that you keep saying it’s an outage, nothing listed on the site.

    @Shawhelp The SHAW “service” we pay for really sucks. This will be the 2nd time this year we will have to change our PVR, loose all the recordings after waiting days for service. We also had to wait 3 days for a snail mail replacement remote ctrl. in a city of 1 Mill.😡 UR about 2B Dumped.

    @Shawhelp day two of no/intermittent internet in Bankview Calgary. Yesterday was told this was a know issue. Any updates?

    @ShawInfo LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Automated !!! I want to talk to a REAL PERSON...not listen to a machine yapping at me about $$$$$ ...WTF!!!

    @ShawInfo were having some serious reception issues with our cell phones. Why is that? No one said anything while we were signing up.

    @TheJenRollins @telusmobility I've found @Shawhelp was the best of the 3 major Cdn internet/phone providers because I could phone, quickly get a human who had the knowledge and was empowered to help. Actual internet service quickly became too $$$ & less reliable so–>Telus but phoning in is a 1.5 hr nightmare.
