    @Shawhelp Good afternoon! It’s cold here in Vancouver, we’re expecting another snowstorm, we’re off and it’s a perfect day for catching up on programs we weren’t able to watch the last couple of months. And Shaw is down again, yet the outages site says there are none.

    @Shawhelp So now, during the World Junior Hockey championships, with Canada playing tonight, no less, the cable is down…since 4:30 pm PT and wifi is down again. Really?!?!?

    @Shawhelp Tried watching 'Great Escapes with Morgan Freeman' on demand last night, what is with the forced advert for the same 2 nat geo shows, like 15 times during it, one being the show I'm watching?!? The other a show about Tuna I would never now watch as the ads annoyed me so much...

    @Shawhelp Here's a suggestion, eliminate the online live chat. Communication is much simpler and more effective via voice. Also, train your people to resolve problems, not just book service appointments.

    @Shawhelp Lately my Shaw BlueCurve Cloud PVR has been not recording properly or maybe won’t playback properly. Is there a reset fix for this?

    New Rule: Internet providers must actually hire technical support specialists who actually know how to troubleshoot your internet, not people who steamroll you into booking a service appointment, potentially leaving you a week without internet. CC: @Shawhelp
