Hey @shawinfo? The CRTC tells me that, if my/your simultaneous substitution problem continues, to inform them of every instance and, if it amounts to enough, they can force compensation. Guess what I will be doing every time this issue arises?

@Shawhelp Our internet has been intermittent this week and now there's zero connection. Connected to your customer service and the earliest tech available is 3 days from now. So we are just left with zero connection. Zero work, zero school. So what can we do?

@Shawhelp I already spoke with one for 45 min. New modem allegedly hardwired to channel 157, skips back even if they change it manually. Having tech come on saturday. Please release the channel settings so we can change to less congested channels because your algo sucks for optimizing🧐
