@conamaraa @Shawhelp Unfortunately, I cannot change my service at the moment. To be honest, I don’t think switching carriers will help much either. Canadian internet in general is terrible and there’s a lot of factors why but, I think major telecoms like Shaw, Rogers and Telus are a big reason why.

Still no internet at home but today should be the day. On one hand the company doing the switchover has until 8pm to actually do it, but on the other it's @Shawhelp who owns the infrastructure and, even at the best of times, are garbage. Expecting another week of delays.
