    @Shawhelp It's bad enough I've been overpaying for my previous package to the point of bankruptcy before I renegotiated my new 2 year deal, I don't need to be talked down to like a child.

    My @ShawInfo internet connection has been awful lately. Super slow & inconsistent. I’ve phoned tech support twice & am getting tired of it. First guy blamed Twitter & my devices. Second guy agreed that was BS but his “fix” only lasted a couple of days.
