Hey @ShawInfo you want me to sign up for yr new fibre internet but won’t replace the ancient cracked cable coming into my unit. It’s slow and every time the weather changes my internet craps out. I wonder if @TELUSsupport would help me out if I jumped ship 🤔 they have fiber too

@CDAinsworth @ShawInfo @TELUS Telus is way better than Shaw. It took 4 years for us to get Telus at our house. I will never go back if I don’t have to.

@DevonTarrant @ShawInfo No idea. Telus is Original True Fibre. I'm old Telus Employee, IT/ Biz Unit. Service is what you need 2022 not Tech. Upgrading is Key. Modems Tech assts, Telus delivers. They have coders who change with the Future. . Always: Options, but you choose. No Huawei. Never, ever.

@DevonTarrant @ShawInfo If you're pissed now, just wait until you have to deal with Telus support...

@shawinfo switched me from 150 to 300mbps like they were doing me a favor only to start billing me for it with no forewarning. Only to find out their new fiber 300 costs $13 less. Of course they never offered me that. #CustomerService

.. My wife works exclusively from home, and aside from that, trying to use any social media/streaming is completely garbage. (First world prob but I don’t care) @shawinfo, what gives? Do better, cause I was pretty darn close to cancelling outright and calling Telus. 🤔🤔🤔

@Shawhelp phone/internet went down, another outage in Leduc again??

  • Cruisefan19
    John (@Cruisefan19) reported

14 days with #nointernet. 14 days of @shawinfo @shawhelp promising to fix it with #zero results. Don't get #trapped in a contract like I did. Find a provider that gets the job done right the first time. @ShawInfo isn't that company

@Shawhelp This is the second several hour outage Langley outage in the two months I’ve had your service. Maybe your equipment needs an upgrade or something? My neighbours with Telus didn’t lose their service either time.
