    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

    @Shawhelp Sadly this is 2 days in a row of trying, and today is the last day of the billing cycle, so if I miss it I believe I’ll be double billed essentially. Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

    I love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …
