    @Shawhelp is webmail down? I’m getting HTTP ERROR 502 “Problem accessing ZCS upstream server….” I don’t live in the Beltine (Calgary) that currently has an outage.

    @ShawInfo @ShawInfo customer service tells me it was my failt.."all phones used be turned off (not even to be used for WiFi) when travelling" . Huh?

    @Shawhelp really crappy that you didn't bother to tell @TekSavvyCSR as soon as you knew Fort Mac was out. After time wasted on the phone troubleshooting you finally let them know why internet is down so they could tell customers. Still down with no ETA. Over 12 hours.

    Not going to lie - a 13 hour major internet outage with @Shawhelp (and counting) and the last update from 1pm saying “a few more hours” is starting to be a bad look. Like… could you not provide an update every or two? Or a cause? Or a realistic time of return? #yyc

    @Shawhelp @CourtFantinato Hey Jacoby, we all know how "sorry" Shaw is, but it's time to start talking reimbursement. It is time to credit all your customers for the inconvenience. I wouldn't be so perturbed with bad service had I not just completed Shaw's "outage" survey. So very very lame.

    @adolwyn @Shawhelp We were out 4 hours and 2 hours one day and we got 6 dollars, and we had to fight like crazy to get that, if they have another outage this week, they will say you already got a credit this week.
