Called @Shawhelp tonight for help with my elderly aunt’s cable. Nothing critical. I feel bad I didn’t catch the name of the rep. He was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic. Within a minute I knew he’d fix our issue and he did better than that.

@Shawhelp why has my internet been slow for the pass 4 days? located in mission and ive unplugged my router multiple times and reset it using the app. it would go back to normal for a few hours and would go back to being slow.

@ShawInfo terrible company with terrible customer service... How do you not offer service to the basement of a house that has service upstairs for tenants there....so as a tenant in the basement I can't have your service but upstairs can..... Wow that makes sense...

@Shawhelp the internet has been incredibly slow today in Surrey, and it's still lagging quite a bit now. I've restarted my modem twice, too. Are there issues going on still???

@Shawhelp I am frankly tired of calling being told the same thing, excuse after excuse for poor aid, now losing service on fight night and internet on a regular basis. I better service in Fort McMurray than I do here in Edmonton area. AWFUL.
