    .@ShawInfo @shawhelp We will be almost 48 hours without internet or cable. A technician was working up the pole behind our place yesterday and then nada. First service call we can get is Thursday morning. Not impressed. Is this what you consider good service?

    @ShawInfo are there any ongoing issues in Morinville? My internet has dropped 3 times in the last hr. Same thing happened yesterday morning too. Not very good when trying to work from home

    Called @Shawhelp today to see about getting a new modem mailed to us since ours is old & we've been having slow wifi for weeks. But of course, while talking to them, speeds were fine & the guy said I'd have to upgrade my plan to get a new one. -__-
