@Shawhelp I just want to know what's going on with the channel and if we can't see it then I want to unsubscribe but it won't let me. I tried to call the 1-888 number again but there was a message saying there was a problem with their services.

@Shawhelp We are getting fibre optic serviced to house home this month. The optic cable is owned by fibre connect. Telus has been first offer us service (much cheaper and faster). Do you have plans to offer the same or similar? We want fibre & who here gets here first gets our buisiness. Thank you.

@Shawhelp The person helping me couldn't even find the channel--only found the added RAI News--and said they would transfer me to chat tech support. I waited over an hour to finally become 1st in the queue and then the chat was disconnected. 3/3
