Hey @Shawhelp you are about to lose my business. Day 3 of trying to move my service and the technician shows up and has no idea what he’s doing because the order was input wrong! Going over 4 hours of trying to get you to get this done. #poorservice

Dear @Shawhelp We pay a lot of money for service and the service lately is terrible. I will be calling in to complain but I also want others to know. I am getting tired of this and am potentially looking to switch to something more reliable

@monnipenni87 @Shawhelp I pay $15/month for an IPTV backup service and it’s been more reliable with less glitching and pixelation. I expect a little more for the $140/month I give Shaw.
