    @ShawInfo very disappointed Shaw chose to do upgrades during the daytime, cutting 1000's of households off from internet, TV, and phone service. In all the years we have been Shaw customers, you have never done this. And it's not for a couple of hours, it's well over 12 hours w/o

    Had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life with @ShawInfo. Really having a great night having multiple panic attacks about not being able to have discord date night with my long distance girlfriend for a week!

    @Shawhelp 3rd person told us someone would be back today or call if not. Nope. Now on the line with customer retention who offered us a bill credit of less than a week after both of us took the day off to deal with this. Shall I keep going?

    @Shawhelp Oh, we still are having the experience. No service since yesterday. Tech walked out saying he was getting a ladder & 2nd person. Never came back. Hung up on 2x by customer service after asking for a supervisor (2nd time could hear super in the background telling him to hang up).

    @JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Speed test that connection once it’s installed. I had BMTS for a an hour before I canceled the service. Was less than@half of what they promised.
