Shaw internet service was finally restored in various areas of the lower mainland after about a 24-hour outage. Is anyone else noticing that their connection is now much slower than it was before the outage? @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp no cable for 3 days in Edmonton near Southgate. My husband has had Numerous chats with customer service (rude, condescending) If rebooting all 3 TVs 4+ times each does not help there is a problem. No additional help. Technician request denied. Still no cable.

@Shawhelp the supervisor hailey was so awful. The lack of any compassion is ridiculous. I will be reaching out to #global #ctv tells me she has no compassion I could have called and paid my bill. Like I’m begging you to listen. Horrible service

@ShawInfo no internet for a week in Penticton. Can’t get a technician on-site for 2 weeks and customer service says I’m not allowed in store for assistance cause of COVID?? No support, no service, no credit…working from home with no internet would appreciate better support!

@Shawhelp We have blue curve and when we try to rewind to look at something in a hockey game it is ridiculously hard. It was better 10 years ago plus we could pause and then play for slow motion. That is gone also. Please fix it
