    @TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS Shaw + Bad Customer service = epic fail. Quick call to TELUS and we have internet activated with Optik tv. Always have a backup plan. Shaw is a miserable failure. Wait still Rogers takes over — just gonna get worse.

    @Shawhelp I’ve already updated it. It took 45 minutes. All because your website lacks the option to let me do it myself. An option offered by so so many other online account management tools and websites. Whats the problem here?

    @TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS That's why we have Optik TV with Telus. Shaw is notoriously unreliable in my area. I know a Shaw tech personally who's told me there's a problem in my neighbourhood but Shaw won't admit to it. Tired of these fights every three months. Redundant company.

    STOP: if you are to switch your home internet to @ShawInfo . Worst ever. I had @TELUS for 2 years and never had any issue

    Cancel ALL SEVICES WITH @SHAWHELP ALL SHAW COMMUNICATIONS THEY LIE AND THEY STEAL AND THEY TELL YOU YOU'RE GETTING THE BEST PACKAGE FOR YOUR MONEY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE RIPPED YOU OFF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR.
