    @Shawhelp Is there an outage in Langley? Been without internet for a while. Have unplugged & plugged in my modem a few times but no luck. Just one solid light & second is flashing.

    @Tracy_M_Evans @ShawInfo @Shawhelp And yet if you sign up as a new customer, you can pick up a modem from the retail location nearest you that same day. It's really mind-boggling how poor the cs is (though to be fair, I've had the same experience at the other major telco in Canada..)

    @Shawhelp for the past 2 days the internet has constantly been disconnecting and connecting, even on an ethernet connection. Even if only 1 device is using the internet. I doubt it's an issue with the router since the issues have been starting after 2pm.
