@beverage15 @Shawhelp Day 6 going on 7 for me. Had the tech come out this morning and just stare at the modem hoping it would work for about an hour before he said it is a backend issue and I will get a call or msg saying when my modem is finally activated

The customer service provided by Shaw @Shawhelp is ridiculous. Ask for a bit of understanding and you get zero. If you are with Shaw or thinking about going to Shaw I highly suggest you rethink your options. Telus, Bell and Rogers look mighty attractive right now.

@Shawhelp How convenient to say your support team will reach our to me to fix issues on your network but no ETA. 24hrs downtime still no call. Your #CustomerExperience sucks

@Shawhelp What why would I need support now. The system came back on this morning. I am just wondering how is that you guys don’t tell your employees that we’re having a system shut down. Had I not checked to see this I would probably still be working on my cable box trying to fix it.

@Shawhelp Thanks for the reply! I've tried all of those. The internet just seems to cut out for 10min and then start up again. Both wifi and plugging directly into the router. No outages reported in my area (UBC) and no previous issues either

@HappinessTrying I’m having the same issue with Bluecurve. All other apps are working fine with Chromecast so it’s most likely a Bluecurve issue. Maybe @Shawhelp might have a solution
