    Wow @Shawhelp @ShawInfo !! You make it very difficult to work from home. As a internet provider you dropped the ball too many time in January, and it’s getting worse. I have to reevaluate the service in my neighbourhood.

    @Shawhelp Why even have the callback feature if you're not there when you call back. 20 minutes later.. 😴😴😴 We pay enough for service but there no real service here is there?
