Reset my router, changed my TV to stream from my 5G network, ran a speedtest (323 Mbps!), and shutdown other network devices like my PC. Yet, SN Now stream is still stuttering. Is this going to happen all season, @Sportsnet? It wasn't this bad in previous years... CC: @Shawhelp

@ShawInfo we will be without internet for 17 days because on the 9th day our appointment was canceled and rescheduled for 8 days later. the person relaying this info to me on the phone was also extremely rude. is there any way you might try to retain me

@superstarrobi @ShawInfo Shawcable! Such a disappointing company. I switched to Telus years ago and have had nothing but positive experience with them. Shaw’s customer service is abysmal.
