@Shawhelp Tech support isn't 24/7. Note: Jan 16, 2022, Shaw Mobile agents will be unavailable from 8:15pm PST till Jan 17 at 6:00am PST. Does 24/7 mean something different to you guys? Working from home and having to tether my pc to my phone. Thankfully not on a shaw phone.

@Shawhelp I've had private conversations with dozens of tech specialists, why would this be different? You’ll need copies of ping results to one or more sites, same for trace route, yet I've been refused escalation for routing problems over 5 times.

Pretty sad that @ShawInfo will support a 6,100 sqf house under one account but then want to gouge seniors who have been together for 61 years but now require different levels of care and two rooms less than 100 feet apart but want them to pay double #elderabuse #seniorabuse
