    @ShawInfo What a complete JOKE. I saw people accessing my BlueCurve account with the address Ip-Coam-*****. Asked to reset since these issues have been happenin over a year. Each time I was hung up on. Keep a look out anyone with Shaw. Bunch of crooks handing out your password

    @Shawhelp I’m in South Surrey, BC and our home internet has been down since around 8 AM this morning. Any word on when it might be back up?

    @Shawhelp my internet has been badly lagging on every mw2 server I play but tech support is pretty useless and the modems that the tech give always over heat. Not acceptable Ayo @TELUSsupport when you putting down pure fibre in my area

    Don’t waste time with @ShawInfo. Can’t or won’t help you with account issues. Uses your password to hand out to friends and family. In the span of 2 months I’ve had to delete over 60 Ip-Coam ****** relating to my account they could not explain or help getting rid.

    @ShawInfo I'm paying to watch the bruins game, not to listen to it. Fix the problem, or switch to other broadcast I don't care if it's a problem at origin, I'm paying you, not them Sounds like a you problem, not a me problem

    Well, @koodo's so-called "help" system is even more brain-dead than @Shawhelp's. If you *FINALLY* get to the point of getting it to pass the call to an agent, and then mention *ANYTHING* that it thinks it has in it's puny database, it cancels the agent call ... 1/2
