@FrugalishMD @Shawhelp Shaw is so terrible, and it's only going to get worse if the buy-out goes through! Honestly, I find the chat in the app to be the least frustrating of all their options

@Shawhelp I used your chat support. I had to answer in the negative to the survey questions at the end, but there was no way to express that I WAS very satisfied with the person who helped me. He did all he could. Just bc Shaw didn't have the service I wanted is not his fault.
