    @DavidHartwick_ @Shawhelp I switched to Telus SOLELY because of the disgusting customer service from Shaw. A 25 year customer and was treated condescendingly and extremely rudely. I was shocked. They do NOTHING for their loyal customers and I’m happily paying more now .

    @KarenDunfee1 @Shawhelp My Shaw email has been painfully slow for the last few hours too. Webmail in the browser and on my phone via app. Super frustrating!

    Our plan with @ShawInfo is almost up, wondering if we should just go to MTS since it's going to cost us a fortune to stay with Shaw which we're already paying a stupid amount for. They never want to do anything to keep current customers @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp Oh Darren I have called when I needed help and the best I could get was “have you tried turning it off?” I know I’m not the most technical person but sometimes a girl just needs a bit more support then “turn it off and wait 10 seconds it will work promise” ;)

    Hi @TELUS What’s going on? As a soon-to-be customer this is *REALLY* disappointing service. For the 3rd time your home internet installation technician has failed to show up or call about any delay! Wondering if I should just stick with @ShawInfo (atleast work is done on time!)
