I guess I can't complain about @ShawInfo customer service. There isn't any. 55 minutes waiting on someone to talk to and nothing. Absolutely unacceptable!

@ShawInfo Been Shaw customer for over 5 years, never paid for the modem rental, now Shaw is charging for the rental modem as you renew your service plan. Also got these pod extenders, very unergonomic design, not only it blocks the power outlet its sharp corners get caught,disappointed!

@Shawhelp are there known internet issues in Saskatoon. Our internet connection has been out for 2 hours. Tried resetting the router numerous times and the Blue Home app says Gateway offline.
