@Shawhelp tecnician came today to fix an issue with inconsistent cable and internet. Left saying it was an issue with the line, but that it should work the way it was until the line crew could be dispatched. Have now been on the line with support for 45min as we have NO CABLE 1/2

6 hours on and the only update after "please stay tuned for updates" was "we're working on it no ETA" 2 hours ago. I'd appreciate more Shaw info from @shawinfo. Did all the equipment burn up? Have you even tracked the problem?

Very impressed with @ShawInfo tonight. My remote totally quit working, I called on the weekend, and a new remote arrived in my mailbox today. I'm normally critical of Shaw, but tonight I'll give credit where credit is due. Thank you for your service. 📺
