@Shawhelp Thanks Darren. I called back and we got the internet fixed. I thought it might be a simple issue and it turned out it was! No need for a tech anymore. Your service centre is sending out new cables and a new splitter. I appreciate your message and service.

A technician from @TELUSsupport was scheduled to help with our internet issue and in the message about it a $150 FEE APPLIES IF THEY DONT FIND AN ISSUE. That's complete BS that it's a) not mentioned on the phone and b) casually plopped in a text. Hey @ShawInfo want my business?

@Shawhelp I got 434 download and 102 upload right now. The last hour I've ranged from 100 download up to 434.....and 40 upload to 102. Wtf?
