    @ShawInfo your customer service is abhorrent! Spoke with Ramid in retention, and he was extremely rude. For the monthly $ customers pay, as well as being a customer for 11 years, this is beyond unacceptable. I think it is finally time to cut ties with your deplorable service.

    @TELUS @LadyDuskcaller Your customer service thinks it's funny to transfer and disconnect. I have been trying for days and this morning for hours.     @Shawhelp how do you cancel future recordings from recording? Somehow my PVR keeps recording every upcoming Yankees games. I don’t want them recording and if you try to edit the upcoming one, CANCEL ALL UPCOMING recordings is t an option.

    It took me years to get away from Rogers and horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. With the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers #OpenMarket
