    @Shawhelp Hello! Our Shaw VOD is not loading - just sits and spins and then eventually comes up with "Failed to load content. Please try again later". Suggestions? Or is it an issue on your end?

    This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

    @ShawInfo might offer the fastest internet in Alberta, but it’s by far the most unstable too. Yeah, you get speed, but no reliability.

    @Shawhelp Oh believe me, I've tried. Spent far too many hours on the phone and chatting with them. The coverage stinks, they can't fix that.

    @Shawhelp ... your payment system charged me 680 bucks on top of what I paid to your rep over chat .. now I have to deal with the headache of canceling charges with them. If your payment system is down just say its down instead of attempting to take it 4 times
