    @Shawhelp for a few days the audio has been cutting out & video pixelates while watching TV. This was supposed to be fixed a while back? If we're not receiving 100% service, we shouldn't be paying 100% of the bill.

    @ShawInfo 👈WTF is up with service on Vancouver Island?!?? It’s now 3:12 am and service has been interrupted since 10 pm last night!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @Shawhelp We’re okay. Speeds have taken a hit right now we’re about 300ish (I pay for gb), but that is almost normal (normal is 450). Thanks for your help, but there is little you can do on a best effort line. Thanks for checking in.
