Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Nimhon Sam Nimchonok (@Nimhon) reported

@Shawhelp Recorded shows are crackled with voices and have to pause show and start again to get back to voice and lips in sync. Never had that before. Ugh.

  • petemeechan Pete Meechan 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@petemeechan) reported

@Shawhelp It’s not been more than 24 hours yet, but it’s also a period of time that means I’m not able to do my work. Are you saying that some level of incompetence is acceptable to your network?

  • petemeechan Pete Meechan 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@petemeechan) reported

@Shawhelp And to be clear - I am not working from home due to the pandemic, I always have worked from home. If you are not capable of providing the service I pay for, say and then I can cancel.

  • jwmox John Moxin (@jwmox) reported

@Shawhelp No private message needed. In Prince George, your service area is massively inadequate. That is all. No problems with your home internet. Just mobility. And you already know this.

  • jwmox John Moxin (@jwmox) reported

@Shawhelp jesus, not to pile on, but, you're a *rich* company. You can fix this. It's literally your choice.

  • Nimhon Sam Nimchonok (@Nimhon) reported

@Shawhelp Of course it’s wifi. It should be higher. I’m not expecting 900 for numbers, but my iPhone and Mac systems support up through wifi6. Expectations are when you upgrade your TV and Internet, you should feel that difference.

  • Nimhon Sam Nimchonok (@Nimhon) reported

@Shawhelp I did and it was going in the wrong direction. I shouldn't have to have a tech come down often to troubleshoot. Still have temp line running through neighbour's yard. Working in tech myself, this can be taken care of remotely and diagnosed.

  • WestBench Where's Poindexter? (@WestBench) reported

@Shawhelp @Cdnwatcher North Vancouver - all channels cut out for 1-2 seconds. Nothing on the Shaw updates or anything I can find. Getting irritating. @shawhelp

  • petemeechan Pete Meechan 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@petemeechan) reported

@Shawhelp Wow.All due respect to you Taylan, @ any of you people paid to work for shaw, I pay for a service and expect to be able to use it. If you are saying that it should be expected that you are unable to fulfil basic requirements of a service could you point me to where I can cancel?

  • Vaccin8yourKids Ponderer (@Vaccin8yourKids) reported

@Shawhelp i've done the whole circus of tricks: i'm even currently waiting on a plant service maintenance ticket or something for a week now
