    @Shawhelp - is the service down? I cannot log into MyShaw/Shaw.ca at all. Keeps saying "the site can't be reached/the connection was reset" no matter which way I try - on desktop, thru app, nada.

    @Shawhelp And, almost *every* site I go to, it tells me that the site is not secure because "this site does not support HTTPS" - even Shaw/Shaw Chat (which I just tried to access thru the link in your twitter profile).

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I notice your company has a special for *new* customers who sign up to get Disney+ free for 2 yrs. Do you have anything similar for longtime, loyal existing customers like myself?? 15+ year customer here.

    @TheJenRollins @telusmobility I've found @Shawhelp was the best of the 3 major Cdn internet/phone providers because I could phone, quickly get a human who had the knowledge and was empowered to help. Actual internet service quickly became too $$$ & less reliable so–>Telus but phoning in is a 1.5 hr nightmare.
