    @shawinfo Shaw/Rogers has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have spent hours on hold waiting for customer service, hours dealing with customer service and my bill is still screwed up. I tell everyone I know, as bad as Telus is, Shaw/Rogers 10x worse.

    @Shawhelp Any reported internet outages in Southern Alberta? My service has been out for almost an hour, and your service outages webpage will only display British Columbia regions (aka, the Rogers webpage)

    @Shawhelp Doesnt work.... Your online support shuts the chat down a minute after I put in all my information. And then I waited for 45 minutes on the phone and never got an answer. I mean....I'm literally just trying to PAY YOU lol Why is this so hard?
