@Shawhelp Tech support not needed unless you can make Blue Curve actually live TV (it’s about 1.5 min behind), fix the FFWD (so slow), stop the glitching/random cutting out issues. So many problems with it.

@Shawhelp oh okay gotcha when a sales rep offered me a new 2 year agreement with fibre+ 300 (at the same rate I'm paying now) over the phone, she said no change in upload speed, so I turned it down. Seemed pointless lol I'll just keep what I have now, thanks!

I have zero confidence in my @Shawhelp Blue Curve for the playoffs. So many issues, so slow. Should have stuck with Gateway.
