Not only are we without service but we all end up using and being charged for the data we’re going through on our phones. Never any consideration given to this when there is an outage. 😡

FPSI_TV (@fpsi_tv) reported@Shawhelp Without fail, at 9:25PM PST, while live stream broadcasting on the internet, the video stream (upload) is interrupted for about 30sec while all other internet (download) remains uninterrupted. All connections are Cat6E wired and we’re on your fastest residential plan.

That paired with the almost daily need to reboot my modem just to get the internet to work properly, is why I’ll be contacting Telus tomorrow.
