@TELUSsupport Also for home service switch over to @Shawhelp. I’m on Shaw never had an issue tv is the best bluecurve. And I got internet 300 never had an issue or drop. With Telus I always had issues

Working remotely is fantastic when the Internet is working. For this entire week, our @ShawInfo business class cable Internet has been dreadful. @Shawhelp tech support said it would be a week before a tech could be on site. Looking into alternative or backups...
