  @Shawhelp Just want to say Congratulations on the extremely poor uptime in Red Deer the last week or so. A full day outage, then sporadic at best. Latest full outage today started glitching last night and then full outage. I’m so done with Shaw’s ineptness!

  @ShawInfo Why is Shaw webmail constantly going down? It's very frequently goes down in the evenings for several hours. When will this get fixed?
