@ShawInfo horrible customer service in the tech department! They wouldn’t help me with my poor internet connection, nor would they put me through to a manager to speak with someone to make a complaint! Three times I was hung up on and I canceling my Shaw services.

@ShawInfo hello! I’m trying to host a computer game but I’m not discoverable to users outside of my network. I’ve tried disabling the firewall, on the router and on my computer and no dice. Is it a port issue?
