Shaw Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris Ainsworth (@CDAinsworth) reportedI've had more dropped calls and poor/no reception with Bell in the last year than all my years with them. We got our daughter on with @ShawInfo (Shaw mobile) for a fraction of the cost and she often has better reception than me.

Dumpster Fire of Dumpster Fires (@DumpsterFireRad) reported@Shawhelp Dm re outage :(
-
Gracie (@_gracieb_) reported@Shawhelp That has been done last night. Our internet and cable service had been CRAPPY for a while now and all I get is being told to “troubleshoot”. No concrete solution. I don’t know how much you pay your technicians that comes over to houses but I find that even they are no help 😒
-
V Pat (@v__pat) reportedHey @ShawInfo why are you refusing to send someone to come fix my internet? Claiming the tech called in sick is BS. I've had not internet for 3 days
-
Mira Oberman (@miraoberman) reportedIt took 42 minutes for @Shawhelp to cancel my grandmother's call waiting. Here's the rabbit hole of 'bundled' plans fun part: we had to add voicemail to stop her fees from going up. Because apparently it costs more to have less.
-
Billie-Jo (@13BillieJo) reported@Shawhelp Is there a problem with the internet in Winnipeg Windsor park?
-
Loud Mouth Brown Girl (@DevonJHall) reportedlmao so now it says "no signal", I have no idea how to fix this so Im calling @Shawhelp
-
Mira Oberman (@miraoberman) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for the offer but I have zero faith in your organizational capacity to serve customers. I spent 71 minutes on the phone. Got locked into a 24 month contract that costs $11/month more for same services. Can you fix that?
-
Mira Oberman (@miraoberman) reportedI asked @Shawhelp if there was an option for service that didn't include up to $480 in early cancellation fees. Mentioning that my grandmother is 95. None were presented. Apparently they'd be so expensive its not even worth looking it up.

Mark Cappis (@chaosinabox) reportedWell, there’s a $25 rental fee down the drain. Halfway through #GodzillaVsKong and Shaw shits the bed. No Internet...no cable...nothing. @Shawhelp, what’s up in Westlock?
