@Shawhelp I don’t know how many times this is over the years but you cannot let your simulcast/overide stuff come on when live sports are on. Missing the end of #zags on @KHQLocalNews cuz you guys are screw ups & @CRTCeng never punishes you for it. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldn’t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

@Shawhelp This is just for my internet. It shows my account number but all other info brings up errors saying it can’t be retrieved with a retry option that doesn’t do anything. Not sure if there’s work being done on the backend or a server issue but it’s making it impossible to pay online.

@Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and I’m not a new customer. I’m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service

@TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.

@Shawhelp What good is feedback when small business owners can’t get help without sitting on hold for hours at a time?

@Shawhelp It shouldn’t be a persistent problem to have wifi outages everyday. It’s becoming too much of a problem when I’m covering the cost of a service you provide for over $100 a month.

You just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.

@Shawhelp I did already, Sunday night when it was at its worst. The tech was... less than helpful. Lecturing me about my passphrase because I thought I forgot it, only offering the bare minimum in advice, stuff I already knew how to do...

@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly
