    @Shawhelp We're trying to fix it ourselves first. This happens ALL the time. We just tried the system refresh and it did nothing. Guess we'll turn it off and then back on again. 🙄

    @Shawhelp What's going on with the service in the west end of Edmonton? Both TV & Internet keeps disconnecting on and off...quite annoying. We have kids online learning!

    I was really looking forward to #shadowlands today but since we're now on day 5 of no internet (because @ShawInfo can't be bothered to send a tech for a week after a garbage truck accidentally took out our line) I won't get to join in. Kinda feels like a waste of vacation days.

    @ShawInfo if my roommate has a extra Pod laying around can I plug it in my room and it will help? Or does it have to be set up? I plugged it in, and it's lit up with a white light. Plz let me know thx!
