Hey @Shawhelp when you do massive outages/updates; can you please inform your customers ahead of time? I have international clients that I do business with and my meeting was shut down because you completely shut my services down for an “update”

@APSpoon @Shawhelp bit rate isn't an issue with shaw, bit rate is with Twitch and how much you are sending. IE even if you had 1gig up, you still have to limit your bitrate in OBS to match what Twitch is letting you have, and even then you might want to pull it back for people on older systems.

@Shawhelp good morning, I am a copper tech with two customers that have the same machine. Both machines stopped emailing yesterday in the afternoon and I am getting just a general check network status. It's there something going on. Neither machine is set for authentication
