    @Shawhelp Hey is there something going on with the Internet, phone and TV service in Rocky Mountain House. I've seem to have lost both services and I've been told TV services were out too.

  • Chris20702939 Chris Dixon (@Chris20702939) reported

    @Shawhelp very strange problem right now. I'm watching Highway Thru Hell and the background music is on so I know my volume is working, but I'm not getting any of the conversation nor the narrator. The commercials are working perfectly 🙄

  • stickers66 Matt Lorenzi (@stickers66) reported

    @ShawInfo $35 activation for two accounts = $70. Many carriers waive the fee if you self activate. Seems steep if you're an existing Shaw customer.

  • Queen0ffDuty KK. (@Queen0ffDuty) reported

    @Shawhelp service outage in Burnaby?

  • CM_Deadpool_XD Taylor (@CM_Deadpool_XD) reported

    @Shawhelp what is happening in South Ridge Medicine Hat, tv and internet have been dropping for long periods of time all day. All I see is service outage but when I click the link I get taken to a page that only talks about a resolved outage in Calgary.

  • Mit_Daftwager Y-P. TO (@Mit_Daftwager) reported

    @Shawhelp I experienced a power outage yesterday. Had I ordered a PPV and this happened, would I still be on the hook for the cost of what I ordered? I plan on purchasing a PPV or two in November.

  • Andiecamille Andie Stewart (@Andiecamille) reported

    @Shawhelp I off the phone with a @ShawInfo rep who actually confirmed that if I don’t sign a 2year contract, the rate for the same service is not guaranteed. I don’t know anyone who even has cable anymore, this is a horrible way to retain your existing clients. @BBB_BC

  • jer0me1913 JR the Legend (@jer0me1913) reported

    @Shawhelp outage in Maple Ridge? No signal here

  • JV_Bennett Matthew Bennett (@JV_Bennett) reported

    @Shawhelp I can’t log on to the TSN app mobile and play the NFL. Is this my issue or a new feature?

  • grumpy_kitty Exhausted Cupcake🖤💀👻💜 (@grumpy_kitty) reported

    Called @Shawhelp today to see about getting a new modem mailed to us since ours is old & we've been having slow wifi for weeks. But of course, while talking to them, speeds were fine & the guy said I'd have to upgrade my plan to get a new one. -__-
