Jacob Tecson (@Jacob_Tecson431) reportedI’ve been with @Shawhelp for about 4 Years and haven’t had any issues until @Rogers took over. Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers

AndorianIP(AiP)🐍 (@AndorianIP) reported@Shawhelp Hi any ETA on when we'll have service back in Langley Aldergrove and Surrey? Some of us depend on for work.
-
Lynelle (@Bogey_Putt) reported@Shawhelp is there an outage in North Burnaby/Capitol Hill area? Internet, TV down as of about 9:15am and 5G is very weak signal only on cell? Status?
-
Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.
-
b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.

🌼🍄Shelby Lou Who🍄🌼 (@shelbyae) reportedI love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄
-
Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
-
No Drones Canada (@NoDronesCanada) reported.@ShawInfo You are blocking my personal emails to any Shaw email customer. How do I change this? I sent a simple email with an inoffensive graphic, and it triggered some sort of block.
-
Jenn (@jskapin) reported@Shawhelp Internet, and it’s in Cochrane, ab. Self service doesn’t work either.
-
Rick Alsop (@RickAlsop) reported@Shawhelp I an not a Rogers customer. They have no idea who i am.
