    @ShawInfo the issue is still there and this technician that was supposed to come at 12 today haven’t even showed up till 2:30.That’s not even the worst part becozz of your poor service and false consolidations by technicians I got an “F “ in my college midterm.And can’t attend2/3

    @Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

    @Shawhelp Just a question went into Shaw Home app other day noticing lot of network activity at round 2-3:00 AM. Why? well in bed at that time!
