    @Shawhelp Youโ€™ve admitted you canโ€™t access my account. So what good is sending you a DM? This is my real name. Tell your management to look up my file in your records and fix the problem identified and admitted in your own logs. Entire problem + solution are WITHIN @Rogers. So fix it.

    PSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

    @Shawhelp You have NO IDEA how inconvenient it is, especially when you are in the middle of transferring between flights and hotels and your email is down.

    @Shawhelp My email is out for the 3rd time in a week. I can not log into webmail OR my account. I pay you a small fortune for service and all I get his problems

    You just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.
