    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp are scammers. They aren’t refunding a deposit for opening a line with the 3 months after 3 on time auto deposit payments were made. I’ve been chatting with “support” for over 30 minutes

    @chubberly16 @ShawInfo Really hoping the CRTC puts the kibosh on this one. For Cable TV & Internet I could understand, but for telecommunications, this is really bad. Also, Radio/TV stations as there's a limit to how many they can have in a single market.

    @ShawInfo hi there, I get a default gateway error almost daily some days multiple times per day. Also, the windows trouble shooter says the connection is broken. I am connecting over wifi on a laptop. It seems that this doesn't happen with my phone on the same wifi. Please advise

    @ShawInfo I am a loyal Shaw customer, but hearing that you are selling out to Rogers makes me rethink my loyalty. I was even going to look into signing up with you cell phone plan. I will be looking for another cable, internet and phone provider and staying with my cell provider
