    @peebos @Shawhelp Yes. There is an outage in St. Albert. Started around 4:30pm and affects all services. TV, internet and phone. This is the second one in two days

    I have a Shaw Fibre. I am not satisfied with it because it is too expensive with low speed and I will cancel it as soon as possible. These days I have to work remotely and really need a good connection but it is awful. I will never ever suggest this company to anyone. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp We already did contact them. They wrote to request the service be turned over on Monday and never heard back from y’all. They’ve also sent another request today. All y’all did was send me an email stating that changes were made to my service and didn’t bother to attach anything

    @Shawhelp my Shaw internet has been terrible. retention department isn't willing to upgrade speed within my budget. is this how you show appreciation to healthcare workers during a pandemic? you've got an opportunity here to rise up.
