    @Shawhelp I just got off the phone with your tech support (a very lovely person, btw)...and was told no ETA on the fix. Pods are still not working. Advised to unplug and try again in a few days. So, problem not fixed.

    @Shawhelp quite often the customer is a repeat customer, so if the account is hacked, the account number would be in previous DM chats.

    My 70 year old uncle called me again today to ask if there anything going on with @Shawhelp services. I have not worked for Shaw for over 15 years but here I am on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get him help. #shawcable #help
