Go try call @TELUSsupport for help, good luck. They screwed up my bill, I tried to call, auto callback assurance in an hour, waited and sure it rang, tried to talk, was put on hold for 10 min. then got disconnected. Grt svc #telus to a lifetime cust, time to switch @Shawhelp.

@KolbyRizzo @ShawInfo It can be configured for that. I use it through a regular browser for now. Mobile versions are available. Their office/computer complex is actually in the side of a mountain in Switzerland. So far I have never experience a glitch of any kind. They share 0 information.

@Shawhelp trying to help my 93yr old father-in-law. Basic cable not working. Guide shows up but no programming. Have done the obligatory unplugging sequence with no success.
