    Incredibly disappointed in @Shawhelp. Went through several hours of tech support only to have the agent go on break, bring in another agent and start all over again, right when we had resolved it and were looking at booking a site visit. Total waste of HOURS of my time. 😡😡😡

    Hey @Shawhelp your site says SW calgary has outages today, can you specify what communities? Seem to be having wicked issues here and just want to make sure that its only cause that.

    @Shawhelp i’ve been without full access to my cable since december 30th. i’ve talked to 15+ agents since then and had a technician come out to take a look at everything. promise after promise to fix it, nothing has improved. i was even sent a new cable box and NOTHING
