    @malcolmert @Shawhelp Yeah, I don't know. I just hardwired it and the new network it created was good enough to cover the rest of the house.

    @Shawhelp @OliverOliverorr Chat agent says every single home in lower mainland down and Shaw chat can’t check my home as they can’t look up account as they are having maintenance on their site.

    @malcolmert @Shawhelp Its true. I have shaw as well and same thing. I went and bought the Google wifi boosters and it solved the problem. That said, shouldn't cost $300 in equipment to make your wifi serviceable.

    @malcolmert @Shawhelp It was a tp-link I picked up on Amazon. Nothing fancy. It's hardwired to the Shaw modem and has its own network name.

    Thanks to @ShawInfo for the shittest service and leaving a 95 yo who has been a loyal customer for 40+ years with no TV. Useless service all around.
