.@TELUSsupport Just spent about an hour on the line, much on hold or being transferred, trying to find out if years of loyalty with TV and internet will help get a good mobility plan. Very little incentive offered & when I was transferred the last time I was dropped. @ShawInfo?

Hi @Shawhelp! I know you were doing updates a while ago so chalked up my internet and TV issues to that. But it's still happening to thought I'd check to see if you recommend an upgrade in my modem and if so, what sort of deals you have for a loyal customer. Thanks in advance!
