@Shawhelp Shaw is crippling our internet and has been for the past few days. If the wifi doesn’t work, the ethernet does. If the ethernet does not work, the wifi does. Can’t have both. Shaw’s been terrible since BlueCurve.

@Shawhelp Yet again, BlueCurve continues to disappoint. Ethernet not working, wifi disconnects every 5 mins, slow internet. No indication that it’s on our side, so can you guys please fix your side? You know some of us work from home, right?

@Shawhelp hi there! Just wanted to know if there are currently any disruptions with channel 551? My parents are trying to catch the news but both audio and video are pixelated. But they don’t have a problem with any of the other channels
