@Shawhelp Don, our Wifi is unstable due to too many WiFi networks being on the same channel. We are on 300MB/sec and a Bluecurve Gateway. There are 6 WiFi networks on 2.4GHz Ch1, and 5 on 5GHz Ch155. How do I change the BlueCurve Gateway's WiFi Channels?

@JPOilerfan @Shawhelp Been having major problems the last 3-4 weeks as well. It’s great for getting out of the Zoom weekly production meeting where I’m usually getting my *** chewed out though so take the good with the bad I guess.

It takes forever to resolve an issue with @Shawhelp via chat. I feel sorry for all the CSR's that have to handle probably a couple dozen customers at one time. So far I'm 15 minutes in and may / may not have verified my identity yet.

@Shawhelp Argh. Just wanted to speak to a human so I didn't have to type out the answers to the multitude of questions over chat. Scheduled 2 callbacks so that they would be "ready" to speak to me but had to hang up after 20+ mins of being on hold both times when THEY called me.
