@Shawhelp pretty sure you can't help since it's affected more than one customer. PVR playback is fine. Channels are gone.

@fiacc @Shawhelp well the thing is technically it's not an outage as it's still working... it's just we are getting unusable download speeds of 1.7mbps rather than the ~100-600mbps we are paying for.

@Shawhelp the streaming tv service by Namao north of edmonton in Sturgeon County, crossing at rivers edge is freezing up AGAIN. LESS THAN5 DAYS since the same problems.

@oiler_country @Shawhelp Havent checked regular TV but it is too slow for Netflix or Prime to work. They both give network errors.

@Shawhelp hey guys, I am wondering if there is service happening in our area (Canmore) our blue curve wifi is not working and I restarted it with the same outcome.
