@Shawhelp As a Shaw residential customer, I visited Shaw store in Chinook for a mobile. Shaw agent asked if I have credit card. She said without credit card, I won’t be able to get a mobile. I do have credit card...but why would you need my card number for? Go check my credit

@ShawInfo has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Cannot call anyone and have been passed around to 4 different reps over the last 3 hours online. Still no fix.

Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo being on hold for 2+ hours and then having your rude employees provide terrible customer service isn’t helpful! Please do better! Guess it’s time to switch providers!

@Shawhelp my bluecurve modem keeps rebooting itself. Issue started last night. 3 times today. Unplugged and plugged back in hoping to resolve issue. Did not work. I am not in ranchlands (prior outage)
