    @Shawhelp It shouldn’t be a persistent problem to have wifi outages everyday. It’s becoming too much of a problem when I’m covering the cost of a service you provide for over $100 a month.

    @Shawhelp It's ONLY the TV box. I go on the apps on my TV & watch no problem. Our Internet is strong everywhere.

    @Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

    Another outage @Shawhelp. Third today and second full, long outage in just over a week. Open ticket but no communication to customers on their website for any of it.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.
