    Hey @ShawInfo I just noticed you charge me $10 a pop every time I have to call in and get you guys to reset my modem because your service blows. How is this my fault and why am I being charged for your incompetence?

    @Shawhelp having internet issues for the past week. In and out. Rebooted modem put in a new router. It’s still in and out. Tv works fine

    @ShawInfo Now one is supposedly calling me back at 4:00 to tell me oh well. Shaw’s customer service sucks. Their policies suck. #shawinfosucks I honestly hope that another company comes in and takes their monopoly away. Will be canceling, cable , phone and internet today.

    Hey @ShawInfo For three hours now your spectacular tech support team keeps transferring her to billing when it’s not a billing issue and our cable box still isn’t working and the tech department keeps asking her the same two questions Hey @TELUS what up?

    @ShawInfo I have been with the company for 15 years. However starting in November I have seen my bill double. Pay attention all whose reading you will end up with double your bill from SHAW. Had to call in 3 months in a row to have it fixed with promise of resolution each time

    @ShawInfo With now being told sorry all those other people lied to us. Even though clearly documented. Ooops their bad. The bill is now this. Suck is up or cancel. They will be kind and not charge the cancellation fee. I was told that I couldn’t talk to a manager yesterday
