Dear @Shawhelp …recording shows on our pvr is unreliable. Recording cuts out, freezes, etc. Refreshing and restarting doesn’t help. Why do we pay for this ‘service’ when we just rely on next day streaming? Your service is brutal and I can’t wait to cut my cable

@ShawInfo your Shaw mobile customer service team is abominable. I’ve never been so patronized, and misled. Also how ******** can you not move a phone number from one Shaw Mobile account to another?? Garbage.

@Shawhelp we're having an issue with Netflix being double billed. I pay Netflix directly every month(my account). I setup Netflix (my account) on my father's bluecurve and now he's being charged for it monthly. He called in but he's 76 years old and doesn't understand English
