    Hey Calgary. 2:22 am, watching news and suddenly my #Shaw entire Internet and TV goes out. Bluecurve box is nonstop blinking orange. Tried unplugging Bluecurve gateway then plugging back in but goes back to blinking orange. Is there an #outage ? @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp I'm getting a lot of artifacting on TV this morning on every channel on multiple TVs. Tried restarting main BlueCurve box, but has not resolved it. Are you aware of any issues?

    @Shawhelp nope. not at all what happened. Very, very disappointed in Shaw's customer service. Looking at other providers now.
