@ShawInfo When contacted the customer service about the modem rental fee they said this is the way it is now, I asked can I buy the modem so no fee, they said no, I reminded them that I was never charged a fee for modem in all my years,they didn't care, now I have to shell $10 more for it.

@hollywoodsuite @ShawInfo Another checkin to reconfirm the CC issue. Current programming: HS70s: Dog Day Afternoon (1975)✅ HS80s: Star Trek V (1989)✅ HS90s: Mrs. Winterbourne (1997)❌ HS00s: District 9 (2009)❌ CC issue seems to be localized to HS90/00s channels.

@Shawhelp are there known internet issues in Saskatoon. Our internet connection has been out for 2 hours. Tried resetting the router numerous times and the Blue Home app says Gateway offline.

Hi @Shawhelp. My cable TV has been having problems for a few weeks now. Video pauses frequently, sometimes audio too, and sometimes screen goes black. On all 3 TVs. Have rebooted Shaw boxes but doesn’t help.

@Shawhelp I recently received a new modem and cancelled my cable service. How long do I have to return the old hardware? I wasn't given a timeline when I called in and had my services switched around.
