@Shawhelp Missed my work today because Shaw could not come up with a fix for my internet. Shaw internet will go down without a warning and their customer service ignores you.

@ShawInfo is failing completely at service right now. I have spent double the time waiting on hold than they said it would be, and the chat function responds in 10-minute gaps...I don't think they want to keep customers...

@Shawhelp Seriously, contacted them earlier about our cable going out, they said we'll look into it and then nothing until the good night folks. That's great customer service. If I did that at work I would be fired!

@Shawhelp Ok channels stopped changing, box not responding. Shut off, reboot, now tv is dead. It's just one thing after another with you guys. Charge more and more every month for worse service!

@Shawhelp Is there an overall issue that not allowing me to log into crave. Or my account?? Will the people at the chat actually be able to help? And believe it not most people don’t have time to troubleshoot these issues once a week which is what is always suggested to me when I tweet...
