@ShawInfo just spent 45 min on the phone with one of your agents to upgrade my plan package and he tells me to call back cause he is having system problems and then hangs up. Brutal customer service!

Shaw might be the dumbest ******* company imaginable. Cuts off internet, sets up a window, then misses said window and says they’ll do it remotely and then says oh we will have to send someone out in a week @Shawhelp is that how you treat your customers?

TV and internet went out last night. @Shawhelp couldn't help so are sending a technician THURSDAY. work from home and school from home shot and Shaw can't send anyone for a week? Miserable service. But hey, they're going to give me $35 credit for my trouble!
