    @Shawhelp I currently cannot watch channels below channel 24 here in Cougar Ridge, Calgary, The message is "No Content due to a temporary video stream error". It has been like this all morning. Tried calling the number given but it was a fail.

    @Shawhelp The person helping me couldn't even find the channel--only found the added RAI News--and said they would transfer me to chat tech support. I waited over an hour to finally become 1st in the queue and then the chat was disconnected. 3/3

    @Shawhelp Doesnt work.... Your online support shuts the chat down a minute after I put in all my information. And then I waited for 45 minutes on the phone and never got an answer. I mean....I'm literally just trying to PAY YOU lol Why is this so hard?

    @shawinfo Shaw/Rogers has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have spent hours on hold waiting for customer service, hours dealing with customer service and my bill is still screwed up. I tell everyone I know, as bad as Telus is, Shaw/Rogers 10x worse.
