@shawhelp maybe instead of refusing to admit there’s issues on your end when a quick look at your twitter page shows that people all over the country have had basically unusable internet for weeks now y’all could just tell people what the problem is???

@Shawhelp My internet service hasn't been the most consistent recently. Also, I've been feeling somewhat worried about the security of my router as I've gotten a few notifications from several devices saying out is network is not secure.

@wpgguy @Shawhelp the key now is to talk to neighbours (u probably have) on Shaw. If they are having the same issues than u will know its not your set up but their infrastructure. I still think the legacy coax cable tech I had was more reliable

@Shawhelp @TELUS @ShawInfo Shaw Help- I am sure that has been helpful for many people. The reality is that so many more people cannot afford your promotion. I see it daily. Forced to choose between food and rent. Nothing left for wifi... Could you do more?
