    @catherinebarr @Shawhelp @ShawInfo service is horrible now, all staff is in Belize or Brampton and none of them are trained, just their to answer phone

    The service at #Shaw is actually getting worse - and we're a biz client with 3 accounts. Since Friday we've spent 14.5 hrs on the phone. Calls drop. Cannot reconnect. Four different reps have promised to call back - none have. Anyone else finding this? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp I want to discontinue one cell phone we have with you under Shaw Mobile. The website not helpful and the virtual assistant is useless. Help!!!

    @wingsnation @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Agreed. Completely untrained on the equipment. Know nothing about which modem works with the tv etc. And yes, why are they all in Belize? One girl said she was in Edmonton then admitted she was really in the Caribbean. #fail
