  • TarynJules TarynJules♥️🤝♥️ "I Can Only Imagine" WomensRights (@TarynJules) reported

I have done the work of 50 ppl today & it's only 3:45pm and I will pay for that. While on a business call, phone disconnected. I waited for the person to call me back, only to find out the problem is on my end. DAMN @ShawInfo AGAIN! Last week, the cable. Always something.

  • Blackmorecrest Blackmore Crest🇨🇦 (Pre PNGtuber Debut) (@Blackmorecrest) reported

@Shawhelp Took 20 minutes of being on hold to learn that my internet connection probably won't be back up until half past midnight. I'm so sick and tired of the horrid customer service you have.

  • Marlow22 Marlow 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@Marlow22) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Did you upgrade or change something because our wifi is not working well, extenders all show working but drop off abruptly and don’t rejoin very quickly either. Some devices won’t connect at all!

  • Blackmorecrest Blackmore Crest🇨🇦 (Pre PNGtuber Debut) (@Blackmorecrest) reported

@Shawhelp I put over 100 dollars a month into my service, the very LEAST you guys can do is try to keep it live for a DAY without being disconnected from your DNS or nonsense like this.

  • cyclebrock Brock Campbell (@cyclebrock) reported

@Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo Sorry, but the service tech was either - 1. Wrong. They aren't necessarily the top of the tech food chain. 2. oversimplifying things for you. Those attenuators drop the signal so the modem can communicate in a power range they are tuned for. That's it.

  • ChefMPhillips Matt Phillips(he/him) (@ChefMPhillips) reported

@Shawhelp looks like we are down all over downtown? 4th time today, really hard to run a business without internet...

  • CaleMacDonald 0xCALE 🍻 (@CaleMacDonald) reported

@Shawhelp is there any reported issues of internet outages in downtown Calgary? I have had no internet for about the last hour; tried restarting my router which did not help

  • LunarLipstick Queen Vi (@LunarLipstick) reported

@Shawhelp @littlevoice1242 Having the same issues!

  • Michael10680796 Michael Rosser (@Michael10680796) reported

@Shawhelp internet down on south west Edmonton? Nothing for the last hour. Glenridding Area

  • kdawgmaster Ken (@kdawgmaster) reported

@Shawhelp The solution is I have to bridge with a router because it doesn't have the function because you guys dont want to support a basic function in routing.
