    @Shawhelp Cable signal for live TV and cannot access recordings. Internet signal is weak. Live in NK. Rebooting modem did not help. TV station stuck on one channel.

    @PrismZet @benharapiak @Shawhelp Online still says no issues lol via chat .... 4 shaw trucks in the lot by chicken delight - passed em walking the dog he said they are working on the issue affecting about 10 blocks - he has no idea why support is saying they are not aware of an outage

    @LeftFieldCR @ShawCanada @ShawInfo Problem is all over North Kildonan for sure according to Twitter feed. I can zoom but can barely access a web page. Shaw help implied it was problem on my end

    @Shawhelp In Nanaimo I have had no reception on Crave2 and CTVDRM . I was told it was a known issue and being looked at, it has been 3 weeks since that chat and a month total. This could be the issue that makes me change providers. The cost has me looking at other options as it is.NOTHAPPY

    @benharapiak @Shawhelp @PrismZet also in Nk it spicky for sure sometimes loads sometimes doesnt load then disconnects. They had me do everything and said its my end not theirs and sending a tecg out. Way too many same issues in same area for it not to be an issue

    @LeftFieldCR @ShawCanada @ShawInfo Same here 2 techs said it’s on my end I call BS. Issue started just as rain came through the area too, both techs claimed oh that’s just a coincidence

    @David51199820 @Shawhelp Shaw is still behind - I just walked the dog and there are 4-5 shaw trucks in the area - i spoke to the crew there and they are working on an issue effecting potentially a 10 block area.... but online and support claims no reported outage
