Hexadus (@Mr_Hexadus) reported(Looks over @ShawInfo) are you ******* around? #shawcable I can see that network flow.. are you collecting payments that would otherwise misrepresent what you are capable of?.. we are watching scheduled time outs...

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp I messaged you days ago without a response. Your app also won’t work so attempting to chat with tech support is not an option and now I’ve been on hold for 40min. Your sales calling to lock me in again is poor timing considering the current issues.

Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reported@shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.
-
Ender (@Endfx11) reported@Shawhelp is there an outage in East Saskatoon right now?
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Now the old TV box doesn't work & the new one to replace the defective one sent us won't arrive until Friday. This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.

D (@superdaddoo) reported@TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and I’m not a new customer. I’m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service

Ryan Brackenbury (@slackerman10) reportedNobody should sign up for @Shawhelp useless customer service that only got worse since the merger. Billions made by these clowns and can’t even get to my house to fix recurrent issues for 48 hours. The amount I pay you should a guy on standby 24/7. #joke #ridiculous #Rogerssucks
