@Shawhelp can you guys please fix my internet connection or cancel my contract so I can change companies. Have been told 3 times now there is nothing that can be done even though Shaw speed tests constantly show the internet is about a quarter of the speed it should be.

@Shawhelp never had an issue with internet but the last 4 weeks have been painful and support keeps telling me nothing can be done. I can barely stream Netflix without it freezing. I know how to reset a modem & there is no chance my wifi should be slow when 5 ft away from modem

You never really know how demanding websites, apps, etc are data wise until your @ShawInfo WiFi is down to 20mbps and everything acts like it's the damn dialup days. Lol. Figured 5G was supposed to cut through walls no problem.

@Bell_MTSHelps We switched to @Bell_MTS last week. 1gb Fibe. Internet went down once yesterday and 3 times today. Working from home and can't have that. Took over a week and 3 calls to have our number ported from @ShawInfo.
