@Shawhelp And good luck seeing anything if it’s out for a couple days too, still paying your full bill even though you’re not getting the service. Shaw officially sucks now and has zero customer service left. Sad but true

@MrPriceBC I am using @ShawInfo mobile service at the moment & it has been great, but once @RogersMobileCa gets ahold of it. Expect an unpleasant outcome. They will either dismantle the service or the price will double. Ah the Joys of Canadian mobile service. #canada #cellular #Vancouver

@Shawhelp Could you be more transparent. when they get access, will it be quick fix? Work week starts tomorrow, i cannot work without internet. U must know if quick fix after access or completely destroyed and needs several days. I must tell my employer something.

@Shawhelp unbelievable that a day after upgrading my plan the modem no longer works and best support can do is book a technician for Thursday. 5 days without being able to work and also continue paying for the service I'm not getting.
