@Shawhelp Again, our internet is out. Every night this week at 8;30 pm until late the next morning our internet goes offline. I've been trying to tell you and your agents this. One agent made a service call for me but only because none of you would admit that Shaw is causing these outages

So I'm a little behind on my @ShawInfo bill, but at the same time, numbers do not equal. I just found out they have been overcharging me, and now I am mad because it is 50 more than agreed and quite frankly, the service is barely worth our original terms! They want $150 extra!

Joke of the day: your 2 phones stopped sending/receiving calls when you’re travelling in a city you know there’s service, and somehow your data still worked so you know you’re phone is not the issue. You had to fight @ShawInfo to get a free $10 gig of roaming data

@Shawhelp internet out again. Every night this week. Service call coming in 5 days. But the service person will tell me what I already know: Shaw's yearly national maintenance service is causing internet and TV pages across the country.

@Shawhelp My troubleshooting: observing it happening randomly. There is no pattern to it and no cause-and-effect device use. What I am observing is an inconsistent delivery of service that I as a consumer cannot elucidate the reason for. Step up your game. @TELUS looks better every day.
