Sorry about the stream being cut short tonight… for a second time this week the shaw network seems to have gone down in my neighborhood. Any idea about this @Shawhelp ?

@Shawhelp Having problems in Vancouver with Gateway. Super slow, buggy, channels displaying incorrectly or not at all. Have cycled power and done system refresh, have unscrewed cables. Any known issues in my area?

I pay for "up to" 150Mbps from @Shawhelp and am struggling to break 1Mbps, yet again. Does anyone else get these PAINFULLY slow periods?

Awful, absolutely awful experiences with @ShawInfo . Awful and shaming customer service. Was told my account was free and clear and ready to close. Turns out it wasn’t. They sent it to collections without notifying me via email.

@Shawhelp It’s AT collections. I already had to speak with a customer representative who tried to gaslight me. It’s already had a closer look. It’s the fact that it happened due to awful communication from a COMMUNICATIONS company that’s infuriating. Do better #awfulcustomerservice

@Shedmaster13 @kel_varn @Shawhelp Looks like their tech support has no clue what's going on aside from tell you to unplug and re-plug everything & then eventually they give up and say they will escalate the case. & when you follow up with the escalation, they know nothing & ask u to try rebooting w/ them again

@natblue8 @Shawhelp At least I know in not going crazy by myself! Let me know what works for you! I've tried the power down thing on everything, it kinda helped. I think it's a signal issue but @shaw is usually good at fixing thing quick
