    @Shawhelp I've had private conversations with dozens of tech specialists, why would this be different? You’ll need copies of ping results to one or more sites, same for trace route, yet I've been refused escalation for routing problems over 5 times.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Thanks for lying to me by saying there is service to my place when it wasn't. And finally spoke to escalation, he promised me someone will call me today with eta when someone will be at the home with a bucket lift to attach from the telephone pole,

    @Shawhelp had years of acceptable connection uptime with you but over the last week I've had tons of issues, modem replaced twice, techs coming on both weekend days, and now it dropped again during a work meeting. Now the webchat won't load. What's going on? In New Westminster

    @Bryan_Leitch @Shawhelp Oh that sucks! We shut both tv and cable box down for 30 seconds and then back on, haven't had an issue since. About two hours ago.

    @Shawhelp My recordings have been extremely pixilated for a while now. I rarely watch live TV so not sure if it’s just recordings. Sometimes it’s so bad I can’t even watch. Does my box need to be reset?

    @Shawhelp I've had to provide the DM with an account number virtually every time only to then be asked for it again by the support person after that. Fair enough re the different types of equipment.
