    @Shawhelp Already waited on hold to be told there isn't an outage in my area but oddly enough the person on the phone was able to tell me that other houses in the neighborhood were reporting outages. I just want what I pay for. That's all!

    @Shawhelp Been talking to your reps for the last 3 months. No one has any idea. Keep telling to reset box. No one wants to look at a solution. Will deal with a manager to cancel account. Been with Shaw for 25 years. Paying fees for a service I’m not getting.

    @Shawhelp DARREN YOU GUYS CUT ME OFF BECAUSE ID RATHER KEEP MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF GIVING IT TO YOU. THEN YOU INCREASED MY RATE TO RECONNECT ME. EVEN THO I SQUARED UP INSTANTLY. I GOT THE MONEY, WHAT I DONT HAVE IS A SINGLE **** TO GIVE.
