@Shawhelp My internet has been ****** for 3 straight weeks now, and your stupid text only support chat isn't giving me any goddamn information, what the hell?

  • jwmox John Moxin (@jwmox) reported

@Shawhelp No private message needed. In Prince George, your service area is massively inadequate. That is all. No problems with your home internet. Just mobility. And you already know this.

  • Rugbyplayer Derek Coke-Kerr 🇨🇦🏉 (@Rugbyplayer) reported

@Shawhelp Hi. Issue was because I had to cancel my Visa as it disappeared you couldn’t take my payment. I’ve resolved that myself. BUT you have some very uninformed folks ( and not all that polite) responding whe I actually got to speak to one. You have been helpful and I appreciate that

  • Vaccin8yourKids Ponderer (@Vaccin8yourKids) reported

@Shawhelp i've done the whole circus of tricks: i'm even currently waiting on a plant service maintenance ticket or something for a week now

  • petemeechan Pete Meechan 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@petemeechan) reported

@Shawhelp It’s not been more than 24 hours yet, but it’s also a period of time that means I’m not able to do my work. Are you saying that some level of incompetence is acceptable to your network?

  • ChristopherLado Chris Ladouceur (@ChristopherLado) reported

@petemeechan @Shawhelp Chill out dude. We just had a big *** storm roll through I imagine that may be effecting the internet. As your not the only one effected. So chill out and let them fix it. No need to go full Karen

  • petemeechan Pete Meechan 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@petemeechan) reported

@Shawhelp I’m trying to work. Your internet is down. What refund can I expect from this? It’s a wasted amount of work time for me.

  • Sam_Alexandra23 Stephanie Alexandra (@Sam_Alexandra23) reported

@BeanoDank @Shawhelp Shaw has now shut down all offices in BC, so any and all problems now must be dealt with "online"! So if your internet is a problem you have to use internet to solve it? Crazy! People with disabilities ignored completely - we need in person customer service back pronto!!!

  • Nimhon Sam Nimchonok (@Nimhon) reported

@Shawhelp I did and it was going in the wrong direction. I shouldn't have to have a tech come down often to troubleshoot. Still have temp line running through neighbour's yard. Working in tech myself, this can be taken care of remotely and diagnosed.

  • Flash Gregg Gordon (@Flash) reported

@Shawhelp I'd be curious to know, however, how your service can be "Fibre+" and yet my entire area can be affected and the source cannot be found. That doesn't sound like a fibre connection, or even a fibre up till the very end connection.
