@Shawhelp oh okay gotcha when a sales rep offered me a new 2 year agreement with fibre+ 300 (at the same rate I'm paying now) over the phone, she said no change in upload speed, so I turned it down. Seemed pointless lol I'll just keep what I have now, thanks!

So I sent a message to @ShawInfo and was immediately talking to a field sales rep and they took my info and they can set me up with better pricing. I still want what I am owed from @TELUS . Like hell even your loyalty can get back to me after being almost a 20 year customer

Hi @Shawhelp. I have 2 Xi6 wireless boxes. On your support page, it shows that there is a new wireless box available - known as XiOne. Is it possible to swap to these boxes? Thanks.
