    @Shawhelp Did another power cycle & removed/put back coax cables. Seems to be working better for now. But if it keeps happening multiple times a week like it has been that’s gonna be an issue

    Would have been a 15 minute drive to pick it up. I will lose 20 hours of work. My daughter has been frantically seeking out friends’ wifi so she can attend her online university classes. After being a client for 20 years, this is pathetic customer service from @ShawInfo. 4/6

    @Shawhelp No thanks. Let's stay on topic and discuss why I had to pay full price for substandard service for months. Pathetic attempts to divert away from that to make you look better don't make you look better at all.
