    @Shawhelp I am a new/returning customer and have yet to receive my hardware. (1 week) I have, however, received my bill. I have tried reaching you by phone and through your system MANY times but to no avail. Is this the service I can come to expect from Shaw? CANCELLING!

    @Shawhelp at 11:00pm (on the dot) every night I’m playing nhl on ps4 (happened all last year with 20 now with 21) my game disconnects online. Can you help troubleshoot this?
