Dear @Shawhelp I have had persistent problems with my upload connection for several years now Multiple times when I called your tech support, they didn't know what packet loss or latency was Home service calls only proved there is a Shaw issue, and that no one knows how to solve

Just got off the phone with @ShawInfo to cancel service. Imagine my surprise to find out I was signed up for another 2 yr contract I didn't agree to. They just lost my future business. Check your bills folks.

@Shawhelp Get someone who knows how to change my shawhosting pymt. I've tried for 6 days & today I got sent back to tech support 4x but then sent to billing then back to tech. HELP. I only have 4 more days before you take down my website. The last guy said I type too slow.
