    @Shawhelp What does code XRE 03059 mean on Shaw Blue Curve? I can't get any local channels and some random higher channels. This has happened more than once. Please help. Thanks.

    @Shawhelp I've been a Shaw customer for 20 plus years, Blue Curve a year and a half. I may have put in the wrong credentials. No second chances?!

    @levibrandon48 @Shawhelp I mean it looks like they gave you a heads up with that page. It also won’t likely last the full 6.5 hours. It sucks but these things need to happen to maintain the network

    @mrskingle @Shawhelp Having the same issue, after 1.5 hours on phone with tech support, asked for a supervisor, was told lots of people with the issue and they are looking into it...😡

    @saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

    @ShawInfo Shaw came out to fix my neighbours internet yesterday and knocked out my internet in the process. Now I’m getting the run around and the soonest a tech can come out is the 6th. Family needs the internet for work what a joke this company is. @Telus what says you?
