Jennifer & Devina “The Ginja Ninja” 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇦 (@JenniferKingsb6) reported@Shawhelp Yes, but that’s not the point. The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. Fix it ASAP, and ensure future updates work for everyone before releasing it.

Rick Alsop (@RickAlsop) reported@Shawhelp Yes still issues as its not working

Quinn Mason MD (@boondocksdoc) reported@Shawhelp @Shawhelp unfortunately no widespread outage on your site and no alert banner in my app under my account. Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

O.A (@dae_j01) reported@Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

elwood shand (@edshand1) reported@Shawhelp I’m getting no signal on one of my tvs and the box underneath has no lights but the other boxes do. I changed the hdmi cable and still nothing.

Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@Shawhelp I did already, Sunday night when it was at its worst. The tech was... less than helpful. Lecturing me about my passphrase because I thought I forgot it, only offering the bare minimum in advice, stuff I already knew how to do...

Dr, Myr,, Gov Gölök Buday - Chief Sitting Gölök (@buday4vancouver) reportedSeems @ShawInfo with @Rogers has a constant circulation in blue screens that would make Microsoft blush. Somehow their support procedures only work when their on the phone (suspicious). #techsupport #rogerscable #sharcable
