Hey @Shawhelp why am I getting almost no functionality when I’m on nationwide? Supposed to have 2Gigs of full service. I’ve used .37 and nothing works (internet, messaging, email) when I’m connected to nationwide Seems that I am yet again paying for something I’m not getting

Unfortunately @Shawhelp disconnected my modem without warning today. won’t let recover my account because I dont remember the original password and my email account recovery “isn’t good enough” Looks like Friday night might be canceled due to refusal to help me with this issue

@Shawhelp They were unable to help. Blamed your nationwide partner… Said it would take 3-5 days to escalate and get an answer as to why a service we pay for isn’t going to get fixed until next Friday or the following Monday

@Shawhelp does KVOS MeTV (channel 157 in Central City, Surrey) broadcast in standard definition or is their signal poor? I know it's showing old programming, but even the commercials pixelate pretty badly at times.
