@Shawhelp I just received the XB6 Gateway and installed it. It has rebooted itself about 3 times randomly since we started using it. This never happened with the old Motorola modem. What could be the problem?

@Shawhelp Our internet is spotty and frequently goes down for brief periods, few days ago our cable was out, now I can't access on demand "network connectivity issues." Why is our huge bill never prorated for when we can't access the services we're paying for?
