    Definitely need to port out of @ShawInfo @Shawhelp mobile. 99% of their network is on Nationwide system. For which they just provide 2GB bandwidth. Rest 25GB I have goes to waste. Pathetic. Ugh.

    @Shawhelp Great! But I just tried the array of DM apps you offered and none worked for me (maybe I don't have the right programs?). How about an email address so I can make contact with a real person? It's a simple problem involving a password...

    Our new router from @Shawhelp is by far the worst router ever. It’s supposed to be increase the internet speed but it literally drops internet anytime more than one device is online. Also in order to get the instructions to install you need the internet? How does that make sense?

    A friend pointed out that @ShawInfo is doing maintenance/upgrade work on their infrastructure. What do you think the chances are the issue was on their end, not mine?
