    @gingrbredbeauty @ShawInfo @Shawhelp All I c is a company trying 2 b worse than AOL. & that says a lot coming from someone that remembers the days b4 the internet was invented & computers required punch cards 2 function. Your service doesn't cut the mustard & honestly I don't know how y'all stay in business. 2/2

    @Shawhelp . Outage in Springbank Hill this AM. Any news on this? Happened for a few minutes a couple days ago as well but resolved quickly. This time is longer. Thank you.

    @Shawhelp Sorry I know it’s not your fault but you are not improving infrastructure. These outages happen constantly and we are just supposed to deal with it. Never compensated
