    @RogersHelps my wife and I are having the same issue as others are with the Ignite app not casting. @Shawhelp uses the same foundation for their BlueCurve Shaw TV app as well, and it's also not casting. #HELP

    @ShawInfo why can’t SHAW fix the BlueCurve issues? These issues in the backend (on the Cloud) have been going on for months and SHAW can’t fix. Every time I call support, I must escalate and waste hours of my valuable time. Should I just move to Telus????

    @Shawhelp What is going on in #StAlbert area that #Shaw cannot keep services running? 3rd day in a row we have disruptions. It takes 2-3hrs for outage to show on website. But you still make us do "home fixes" like rebooting. @Shawhelp needs better internal communication.

    @Shawhelp 2messages sent, I will not hold my breathe as Ian team lead was clear customer service reps manning phones have no authority to work with shaw mobile staff in stores, n customers have to do all ground work to sort out Your lack of ability to communicate amongst each other.
