    @ShawInfo why have I been lied to and still waiting on my phone after being in contact with no less then 7 agents and my problem is still not solved

    @Shawhelp It's bad enough we get random hangs and slowness, but this is not the first time this has happened. Often, it lasts long enough for me to know it's no longer a blip, verify my equipment, look up who to call. Obviously long enough for someone to notice with network monitoring.

    @Shawhelp I experienced a power outage yesterday. Had I ordered a PPV and this happened, would I still be on the hook for the cost of what I ordered? I plan on purchasing a PPV or two in November.

    worst customer service by @ShawInfo @Shawhelp - is it that hard to provide one time customer service gesture to their customers who have been using shaw over 4 years.

    @Shawhelp Video on demand shows error 22471. Just got told that it might work tomorrow by support agent Hasn't worked for a couple days. Didn't even try to help solve the issue. Pretty bad support.

    Genuinely wonder what I'm paying for with @ShawInfo internet, might as well be at their slowest tier for how atrocious my fibre+gig connection is. Utter garbage and getting ahold of a real person to complain means jumping thru hoops with a bot.

    @weezardofoz @Shawhelp Lots of games are region-locked and I’m not a fan of pirating as I’d rather support the ppl who broadcast for a living. $200 isn’t that bad for basically every NHL game all year.
