Gotta love when @ShawInfo internet just goes down at 3 am while you’re just trying to live your life without any mention of maintenance anywhere. Pretty huge pain in the *** and very sketchy that they make you re-sign a contract to simply upgrade your modem to a better one.

@Shawhelp We Have no tv reception in Agassiz is this because we only pay 300.00 dollars a month lots outages interference no service calls take hrs to return. But now may 17 no bloody service again

@Shawhelp Internet down for the 3rd time in 4 days. Over 10 accumulated hours and increasing of no service at all. The fix your techinican does each time takes 5 minutes, but you make me wait 4 days?????

@ShawInfo I’ve had Shaw pixilation/freezing since March. The issue continues despite many calls and 2 tech visits. Every time I call tech support they have no notes about my previous calls and we start over. TV service is still unwatchable. How can I get what I’m paying for?😐
