    Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

    @Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

    Spending my morning cancelling my new @Shawhelp connection and it's not even hooked up yet. I always got right through to someone - till I called the cancellation line - now I've been on hold for 10 min and counting. Lots of unhelpful help, until now.

    Looks like we suffered a @Shawhelp outage on both internet and tv around 11:15 to 11:30. Services are slow but appear to be coming back. #SurreyBC
