    @ShawInfo It's not working. When I dial a number in Iran, it plays a music in the background instead of dial ring!

    @Shawhelp Our Internet is terrible, really bad. Been especially bad all week with next to no connection every morning. Ookla finally pushes through after about 10 minutes, tells me I'm connected via Telus. So why are we paying for Shaw?

    @Shawhelp We’ve gone that route many times. Nothing helps. We’re seriously thinking of terminating Shaw and going elsewhere. It’s been months now, no solution

    @ShawInfo Could you please waive long-distance calls to Iran to help Iranians in Canada stay connected to their families? @Rogers and @TELUS have already done that!

    @Shawhelp Unable to chat through the app as it can't connect to the server. I was curious if Shae has any specials/promo for ukrainian refugees as I have 2 families moving into my building and I'm trying to help them out.

    @Shawhelp day 2 of terrible tv. Flickering, sound goes in and out on all channels. It’s not just us but neighbours too. And Netflix, Amazon Prime work fine. (Please don’t suggest disconnecting cables-it’s been done)

    I contacted @ShawInfo yesterday to tell them my internet was so bad it was dropping zoom calls. They upgraded me to a way better internet for the same price I’m paying now and my new modem arrived today already. 1 day turnaround. Credit where it’s due for sure.
