    @Shawhelp Thanks for this update … customer service improves with customer feedback like mine. Next time just turn on TV and see if “The Frame” is on your own TV.

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    Dealing with @Shawhelp @Rogers even when all you did is cancel your longtime Shaw service.. But they keep billing you and hitting you with late charges and threatening cancellation… …when you have already cancelled and sent back modem & tv box, proven by courier waybill.
