    @ShawInfo just switched from Telus to Shaw, even worse! Crappy picture on my TV and they won't send anyone to check the line. Internet speed goes from 50 MBs to 400 MBs back to Telus again I guess and a complaint filed to Commissioner for Complaints for Telecom-television Service

    @Shawhelp Currently rocking 6 mbps DL on a 300 account. Tech came today and said it's an area maintenance problem. Just wondering on a timeline for when I can do anything on the internet again. I can't even log onto a MC server. It's our Christmas vacation and I have kids. Help!

    I have been told to go back and forth and the store that took my deposit will not phone me back or answer my phone calls. Someone needs to refund me. This is disgusting service from such a large well known company. @ShawInfo @ShopGTC

    @Shawhelp I was watching my favourite episode of Kink and then suddenly my Blue Curve shut off. Now I'll never know if I still like feet! I demand answers!

    @ShawInfo how many weeks does it take your “technicians” to fix my internet and tv… two weeks now and you still say “we’re working on it” while everyone else I know has theirs working… like what’re they doing out there comparing who’s got a smaller ****?
