Barry Strader (@BarryStrader) reported@Shawhelp It was far too late for help at that point. I was watching a recording of an event that happened many hours earlier. We have had many issues with our wireless Curve boxes and PVR recordings not working. The old Gateway boxes were much more reliable.

Nitya (@IyerNitya07) reported@Shawhelp Extremely disappointing. No Internet for 3 days because of outage. Customer service cooly tells to cancel service if that's what we want. Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.
