  @Shawhelp Thanks for the gesture. The last service month started Nov 4. Auto payment done Nov 5. Got a bill starting Dec 4 but was told by cus service it's for Nov. Either the bill date is wrong or Shaw is double charging me. Sounds pretty random to me. Not to mention the harsh letter.

  @Shawhelp hi there. I’ve sent a DM to extension from yesterday’s attempt to fix router/WiFi issues. We are having even more issues today than we were.

  @KoorikiFox I requested a call back from a supervisor from @Shawhelp and it never happened. The tech that did this should be written up. Horribly unacceptable sloppy, unauthorized and lazy work.
