@Shawhelp Trying to deal with it over live chat but I suspect the agent is dealing with multiple conversations using copy/paste from your database of phrases to use for plebs like me. Like subtitles not working over Blue Curve on Netflix this is another issue that will never be sorted.

@ShawInfo My 93 yo Mom & I are at home isolating; with poor reception we switched to Telus on Sept 22, my account with Shaw was up to date! I can’t get the equipment back, spoke to Shaw many, many times over 8 weeks, and today I received a COLLECTION NOTICE! Worst customer service ever!!!

@ShawInfo I bought a new build home that has older homes on both sides serviced by Shaw. How is it that houses on BOTH sides of my house can get shaw internet but you REFUSE to run the line to my house? Your agents seem completely baffled by this. Has it never happened?

@ShawInfo you waitlisted my 85 year old grandma to fix her phone for over a week until this Friday. Meanwhile, her son has been moved into palliative care to die, where there are active covid cases. She can't visit him to say goodbye and cant call him or any1 until Friday?? @BC1
