@ShawInfo Been a Shaw fan for 30 years. All I can say now is as soon as I can get out, never again will I deal with Shaw or soon to be Rogers. Believe me I will tell everyone I know how I have been treated as a 30 year customer.

@malmartin @ShawInfo I actually had a bad experience with one of their online chat support agents. Very rude and unprofessional. And look at the coincidence ! @TELUS offered me a lovely two year deal today. Shaw will not survive with their unprofessional and arrogant "agents".
