@Shawhelp Getting really inconsistent latency and disconnects a lot on 1GB down. Restarted modem and router, flushed dns, etc..

@grambowpg @Shawhelp @TSN_Sports Not sure you’re missing much. It’s a watered down, highly compressed 4K signal. Was not impressed much when you compare to true 4K streams.

@Shawhelp #Mobil no sense of customer service. We did what rep said & still issues exist, rep & TeamLead Ian say hands r tied n Ian says we do not escalate customer issues higher than his position. He had no response to my question, what does he get paid for if he can't help us?

@Shawhelp 2messages sent, I will not hold my breathe as Ian team lead was clear customer service reps manning phones have no authority to work with shaw mobile staff in stores, n customers have to do all ground work to sort out Your lack of ability to communicate amongst each other.
