    @Shawhelp ok seriously wtf, I had several shows scheduled to record and now two of them are not recorded and they were bumped to either today or tomorrow and they aren't showing up on the list of future recordings but when I search the show it shows the new time

    Would have been a 15 minute drive to pick it up. I will lose 20 hours of work. My daughter has been frantically seeking out friends’ wifi so she can attend her online university classes. After being a client for 20 years, this is pathetic customer service from @ShawInfo. 4/6

    I have gotten fantastic service from @Shawhelp. If it weren't for the speed and cost I would definitely stay with them.

    @ShawInfo worst cust serv exp EVER!! 2 hours of my life to have a useless and rude chatter disconnect with zero help. Wtg on phone for help & keep getting told to chat in. Bell MTS looks like we’re coming your way.
