I booked an appointment for today almost one month ago. By 10 min before my appointment, Shaw called me, and they cancel to appointment and move it to Tuesday. Why I have to face this, I arrange everything before move in. I will change the Shaw because of this @Shawhelp @ShawInfo

Hey @Shawhelp. Please try to fix this before the Super Bowl starts. Thanks. Don't watch a lot of TV but last night during SNL I noticed your feeds are freezing quite a bit. Pretty sure it's on your end 'cause it's happening to both our PRV's on all channels.

@Shawhelp There is certainly more going on here then they care to discuss. A quick search on the tweeter shows a lot of people experiencing similar issues but being told that there appears to be nothing wrong on their system. Update: have asked to cancel service. No resolution

@ShawInfo Gotta ask. Why is your On Demand service so bad. Missing episodes, missing series. Eg. Aussie Gold Hunters Season 4, Why in the world do you offer every episode except episode 3? Why am I paying for this?

Wake up to my @ShawInfo internet being down, others in my building reporting the same thing, get forced to wait 24+ hours for a technician to “come and possibly resolve issue”. Real great, but you’ll send me letters and emails if I’m even an hour late with paying my bill. 🙄
