@lowercanada @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I don't know if I'd classify this situation as terrible service, technucian out on a Saturday and fixed the very next business day. Could have been much worse my friend. But I see a few dollars off your bill in the future.

@Shawhelp is there an issue with homepods right now? Any device trying to connect to pod gets a password error. Multiple attempts to troubleshoot pods has failed. And an error occurs when trying to remove pod from network to reconnect. I’ve been left with leaving unplugged
