@Shawhelp Technician is coming in 4 days to have a look. Just thought it was funny how I asked to see if relief can be provided due to the poor quality of product, but the customer service person heard "how can I spend even more money" lol

@Shawhelp That link does not help. Internet only works for a few minutes at a time. Have to use my phone data which is not free to contact and try to get a resolve. Not a happy customer.

@Shawhelp I have tried and tried with your customer service tech specialists. They have rerun all my outside cable, they’ve replaced the coax jack and cables, they swapped out my modem… I’ve been told many, many times there is nothing that can be done and I just have to live with it…

Anyone who uses @TELUS internet how is the the speed and service? I've been dealing with @Shawhelp for the past four days with internet and have spent hours on the phone on hold when I was #1 on the queue. Maybe it's time for a.change.
