    @Shawhelp I tried to speak to someone about the outage in Port Moody via the app, it links live chat to my Rogers mobile account and says that I don't have internet services with you but I do. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

    Hey @Shawhelp , those of us in Port Moody/Coquitlam who are now at nearly 12+ hours without service(s) will be looking for a credit on our next bill! And whomever’s responsible for the outage should be penalized.
