    @kevinlovestech @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Our place, they had unwired a ceiling light and taped the wires, but left the bulbs in it. Took me about 2 hours to figure out wtf was going on.

    I swear to God, if I get ONE MORE phone call from @ShawInfo I’m going to lose it!!! I am not a Shaw customer, and the fact that I keep getting phone calls about my internet (which is not Shaw, and that my LANDLORDS pay for), I definitely won’t be a future customer.

    Hi @Shawhelp! I know you were doing updates a while ago so chalked up my internet and TV issues to that. But it's still happening to thought I'd check to see if you recommend an upgrade in my modem and if so, what sort of deals you have for a loyal customer. Thanks in advance!

    @jonincalgary @Kristinnuendo @Shawhelp Agreed. They really encourage chat as well. I kind of prefer it to be honest, aside more complicated issues where it's better to talk to someone. No call back option?

    Hey @Shawhelp the internet on Bowen Island has been stop and start since the big outage last week. Any eta on when things might be patched up?

    I normally wouldn't call them out publicly but @Shawhelp instead of trying to fix my bandwidth problem that I very deliberately explained to them, have accused me of running torrenting software. I wish there was some way to convince tech people that I know how computers work.
