    @Shawhelp So after DMing Shaw, they just send me a link to contact another department. Customer service is an oxymoron with Shaw, and it costs &120/month #Useless

    @Shawhelp Internet out again in Kamloops. Nothing listed in your outages but we had a few hours outage last Friday or Saturday. Trying restarting modem but nothing works. Must be a larger issue.
