    So sick of #Shaw and their garbage service. TV out. Internet down, can't get any work done. We're already getting colossally ripped off and now they're raising our bill again even though we got conned into a 2 year contract. Still on the same junk equipment. Over it. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp the guide for my blue curve is very sluggish when scrolling through channels. I’ve rebooted the system but still same issue

    Also, @Shawhelp @ShawInfo , your newly installed Internet service has *MAJOR* latency issues when opening new Web pages.

    @Shawhelp An agent said they had my email wrong on file so I never received a bill or was able to create an account to view my bill they said a payment was denied even though I had money in my account for it but no one reached out to let me know any of this now I have no internet
