    @Shawhelp @ShawDirect Been hung up 4 times trying to contact Shaw Direct. This last time, they didn't even answer, it just hung up after 10minutes waiting on hold. .This is the worst customer service. Its like you guys don't want customers.

    Waited 5 days for Shaw tech to come fix an issue they created. Many times I reached out and was assured my appointment of 4-6 Saturday was the earliest available. It's now 6pm and I'm being told the window is actually 4-7. Thanks for the great customer service. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp Hi Ada, spoke with Shaw online yesterday via chat support. Peter said Shaw no longer takes PPV over the phone? I didn’t have a lot of faith in his knowledge of that and I need to make sure the fight is ordered tonight #UFC264

    @Shawhelp You've NOT offered me ANY steps for fixing the issue with your Shaw Webmail App on my phone. I don't have an issue with the email on my computer, which I've stated 13x. It's the faulty APP that is giving me the much aggravation. Who do I speak to about your APP?
