    @Shawhelp i have a 300mbps package but doing a speedtest all day, i barely get 10mbps. I work from home and i hjavent been able to log in to my work servers because its so slow

    @Shawhelp I’m not really sure how many more times I can hear “we’re not sure what’s causing your problem. We’ve changed the modem and it looks like there’s an issue with the tap. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what’s causing it.”

    @ShawInfo you guys have to be the worst company for internet. Screwed up my appointment with no apologies. Sent an ******* tech who just wanted to leave. Granted I'm sure the tech isn't being paid as he should so why should he care. But God...the customers you've lost...#tankshaw

    @Shawhelp Internet out again in Kamloops. Nothing listed in your outages but we had a few hours outage last Friday or Saturday. Trying restarting modem but nothing works. Must be a larger issue.

    @Shawhelp Blue Curve app says there is an outage, website doesn’t show any but I don’t have any internet, even after power cycling twice. So, is there an outage or is my system dead?

    @Shawhelp It’s rather embarrassing when your technical “support” team are scratching their heads!!! Support is in air quotes because I’ve received none!!!!
