@Shawhelp Your new mandatory confirmation code setup is garbage. If Shaw was serious it's a very simple matter for Shaw to match the originating IP address with the password protected "MY Shaw" account. I'm not changing my browser setting to retain any Shaw password codes!

@ahopeross @ShawInfo They are pretty quick if you DM them on Twitter but sometimes they switch who is helping you and you have to start all over. Honestly the best I’ve ever had was a tech that came to my house. He fixed the problem and then checked back to make sure it was fixed after.
