    @IcarusSmith @Shawhelp If you have a MyShaw account go onto the “TV” tab of your account and “refresh channels” .. it fixed our issues

    So @shawinfo and @shawhelp I’ve been in a wal mart location for 3 hours on the phone with your reps trying to get a cell phone. Completely unacceptable customer service Shaw. The people at wal mart are being super helpful but you keep giving them the run around

    Wow @Shawhelp @ShawInfo !! You make it very difficult to work from home. As a internet provider you dropped the ball too many time in January, and it’s getting worse. I have to reevaluate the service in my neighbourhood.

    @Shawhelp I’ve been unable to connect to my internet since this morning and have been trying to get technical support but have been waiting for 2 hours now. I’m unable to work today because of this. Can you please help?
