    My internet and TV have been out for 4 straight days now. Not so much an issue for me… but @ShawInfo has some serious explaining to do to the community of Ranchlands. People are outraged and I’ve spoken with many neighbours whom are shopping around now for a new provider.

    @Shawhelp Except you're not leading anymore. FO has a much higher development ceiling and you cap upload speeds. So let's do the math. Same down, faster up, half the cost, and a desire to do better for YOUR 10 yr+ customers than you? This is "doing your best"?

    @Shawhelp hi! Our router just got fried due to a transformer exploding in the New West area. How can we get a replacement? It no longer turns on anymore. We have power in the house but router does not turn on. Help!

    My God @Shawhelp has got to be the most useless company. 4 days no internet can't get tech out until next Sunday. What a bunch of baloney of a company. My be time to go back Can Com who actually tried to help more than "unplug and plug it in, wait we don't know what's wrong"
