@ChancesOnLove @ShawInfo They have a outage in my area, but it just seemed so fishy that couple days ago they were pushy for fiber andi said no and today my new modem stopped working lol

@Shawhelp My PVR (a couple years old) needs frequent rebooting: about once a week. Otherwise there is HUGE lag with the remote: up to 15 or more seconds before there is any response. As well, it frequently mutes sound when hitting Play after a Pause. TWO YEARS of this crap.
