@Shawhelp So, after all this down time I’m shocked you didn’t jump at the chance of patting yourself on the back for getting our service back up finally. Very glad it’s back but I’ll be switching to Telus at first opportunity and advising others to as well. #telus

@Shawhelp @full_spinnaker @CNBC has had rights in previous Olympics and only covers it in evening. In past, their daytime business coverage would be broadcast in Canada and in the evening the feed would switch to CNBC World. This is full blackout is wholly unnecessary and angering to your customers.

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo I understand you are not permitted into the wildfire zone to fix our problems in Grand Forks and Christina Lake but can’t you bypass the area with a temporary fix?

@ShawInfo It's worth noting when a customer leaves your company, you file a claim with a collections agency and automatically charge $500 before you get the package sent to you. You already got your devices, I can't comprehend why you choose to do this. Customer loss = get harassed?

@Shawhelp we now need to log in with our Shaw account just to check the status of the Grand Forks outage? Why the change? We barely have data so that’s very annoying
