@Shawhelp Internet is down in Auburn Bay, Calgary. A quick scan of WiFi network shows no Shaw networks active in neighborhood. Please fix.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp it’s been 1 weeks since I have got on GIG + internet. Your team says speed varying between 700-800 is acceptable? I see only 400 🙄And yeah, you haven’t adjusted my bill even! Any fix? Or buyer remorse route 🤷

@Shawhelp also, there are no other providers in my area other than subpar satellite solutions. You guys sold me 1Gbps down in your contract. I’m paying for that service, you won’t let me cancel unless I buy out my contract (that I JUST resigned for 2 yrs). See what’s wrong here?

@Shawhelp I was told by your tech support chat 1 hour ago that there WAS a known outage in our area that "they are looking into it". Could you get your stories straight please? I'm working from home and if you can't provide access I need to get access through someone else.

@Shawhelp I talked to a Shaw representative and they told me there IS an outage and I'm currently waiting for it to be fixed. I have screenshots to provide. And I don't see any Shaw trucks in my area. I have troubleshooted, and the outcome was outage.
