    WHY THE HELL DOES @Shawhelp MAKE IT SO HARD TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON?! I DON'T WANT TO USE MESSAGING, I WANT TO JUST TALK TO A PERSON WHO CAN HELP ME. UGH! I am so frustrated right now, and i KNOW in the scheme of things my not having tv is not a big deal, but damnit!

    @Shawhelp to be on hold for 45mins then told “our office closes at 10pm” is absolutely ridiculous. Both over the phone and chat refuse to speak with me as I’m not the account holder but my father who is the account holder does not speak English. Figure your customer service out.

    @Shawhelp I sent a direct message but I am getting tired of talking about recorded shows getting deleted and saying we know there is an issue but nothing gets done! Forcing me to look at Telus again! #nothappy

    Anyone else out there with @Shawhelp Fibre+Gig Internet having significant speed throttling slow downs on a night? Reliability is gone to the dogs again.

    @Shawhelp Wireless receiver gets the signal from the router. In this case the router and Shaw receiver are only a metre apart.

    1/2 I don’t understand how I pay for internet 300 with #shaw and yet can barely play a 1080p video on YouTube! Wtf, what am I paying for!? Your services are garbage! @ShawInfo it’s #criminal how these companies can base their rate on large numbers like 300 to fool the public

    Between all the TV Listings Screw Ups and this Terrible Customer Support with @Shawhelp , I’m starting to think about a new TV & Internet Provider For the amount of money that I pay, I should not be treated this Poorly 😡
