    @Shawhelp I will be sending my complaint with internet outage for more than 12 hours today. Still down since this morning. I lost over $500 today because of your piece of **** service.

    @ShawInfo has just advised me that they are unable to support any new devices to support blue curve customers across Edmonton. The only options they have are wireless @CCTS_CPRST

    @ShawInfo im getting really tired of the wifi cutting out around 1-2 am EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Im only able to fall asleep with youtube on and this makes that impossible. Also, because of this issue my grandmother’s cellphone data was used up even when she was at home

    @Shawhelp our internet has been awful this week. We just had to try resetting our router in a desperate attempt to get some signal back.
