@IanSeggie @Shawhelp Hi Ian, question has to do with BBC Canada 531 which I now name blue screen of death. Second para of screen shaw mess. I do have discounts on package does that mean they go away? What are my options? It's standard Shaw issue a message with no details.

@Shawhelp If you did your technicians would still be working. Issue would have been resolved if you actually dispatched your techs out to the situation when the service went down instead of waiting almost 12 hours. Your updates to your customers are lies.

@Shawhelp what is the reasoning behind the 24hrs of no service in the Surrey area? We are monitoring the (very few...) updates and there is 0 explanation as to the cause of this delayed outage.

@slimschadey161 It’s @Shawhelp that is the issue as usual. It’s the same on all my channels. Turned the TV off for awhile and just switched back on now to watch Finland/US. Let’s hope

@TheDarrenK @Shawhelp TSN with the IIHF game is fine so far. If any channel has problems for us at any point (doesn’t matter if there’s bad weather here in Abbotsford or not) there’s a 90% chance it’s on Global.
