Frannie (@fvmcgillicuddy) reported@PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp Did he try to sell you cell service? I had a very specific issue with a modem they sent me (that I didn’t want or need and that didn’t work) and every phone call as I tried to get them to stop billing me for the faulty modem I’d returned they attempted to sell me more services.

SandyRob (@NewWestSandy) reported@PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp They're trying to figure out who to blame, i.e. you. Then they'll offer a solution. Been there, done that.

Lucas Scott (@ToTheSCOTT) reported@Shawhelp hey there. Sent a dm in regards to the outage in Bridgeland, is there any clarification as to what the issue is?
-
Prairie Paul (@PaulDoroshenko) reported@peggypoohkathy @Shawhelp @TELUS Telus is has a much more reliable system but their service is just as bad. What got me was I the guy who booked the work order exactly my concern. And he assured me it wouldn’t happen.

The 834 (@834the) reported@Shawhelp I think Canadian Mobile service providers need to get help from US service providers. They are succeeded in identifying scam callers. caller id says "scam call" 2/2

The 834 (@834the) reported@CanBorder @ShawInfo @FidoSolutions I am tired of getting fake/scam calls from 604 636 4548 referencing Canada border services. how to avoid such types of scam calls? FYI US service providers like T-moble succeeded in identifying scam calls, why not Canada ??

The 834 (@834the) reported@Shawhelp I know where you are coming from & DM is not going to help. All Canadian Citizens do have this issue. It used to be 'Canada revenue agency'. somehow scammers showed mercy on CRA. Now 'Canada border services'.

Peter Hoefgen (@Jelly_Canuck) reported@PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp If you want you can take the Ferry to Nanaimo their tech call centre is right there it’s probably faster than getting @shaw to help over the phone :-)
