    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo after wasting my entire Sunday afternoon I thought I had a solution. A tech was supposed to arrive between 6 & 8 tonight. It’s now almost 9, nothing. I’m furious.

    @Shawhelp I reported that there was an outage, full spectrum, in Fort St John, as it was happening. Thankfully it came back shortly thereafter. But your first response was there was something hours ago… why would I report something hours ago? There’s no logic in that!
