    @Shawhelp Check yourself Blair, no one wants those channels you listed, not what I’m talking about. Step into details pal, it will help you get a head in life. Box is recent, you guys don’t support MSNBC in HD. Get a grip my man, and maybe work for a company that can keep up. Sad

    @Shawhelp What why would I need support now. The system came back on this morning. I am just wondering how is that you guys don’t tell your employees that we’re having a system shut down. Had I not checked to see this I would probably still be working on my cable box trying to fix it.

    Extremely disappointed with Shaw service. I don't have internet for >24 hrs. I had to take unpaid leave work from home as no internet. I have medical emergencies overseas I cannot coordinate. And @Shawhelp only plays a recorded message they r working. 1/2

    @Shawhelp Hey I did use that service last night after 45 minutes I asked the rep if there was the service outage throughout the system 5 minutes later they said yes. How ******** do the reps not know there is an outage. What a ****** joke of customer service. This is customer service.

    @Shawhelp changed movie and tv ratings to get a tv show that’s on VOD but it’s not working what am I doing wrong

    @Shawhelp Wait so I spent almost An hour with someone doing different things with my tv taking plugs out and putting them in only to ask is there a system issue. Ohh yes sir there is. Why ******** did I waste 45minutes at 11pm when I could be asleep for work. So it’s my fault then.

    @Shawhelp Thanks for the reply! I've tried all of those. The internet just seems to cut out for 10min and then start up again. Both wifi and plugging directly into the router. No outages reported in my area (UBC) and no previous issues either
