@ShelleyACook @ShawInfo Give them a call/message. They can tell if your service is bad even from outside the house. We had a tech out a few months ago that determined our buried cable was failing and it improved considerably when they ran a temp cable.

@Shawhelp First through the chat ( but agent there said he is not be able to help me and ask me to call customer service and lady there said that she is sending an email to the agent who sell the plan and he will contact me, 3 days and I am still waiting
