@Shawhelp #Mobil no sense of customer service. We did what rep said & still issues exist, rep & TeamLead Ian say hands r tied n Ian says we do not escalate customer issues higher than his position. He had no response to my question, what does he get paid for if he can't help us?

@Shawhelp I spoke to a customer service representative who said there was an outage in my building in Glenmore. Don't see it on the map but haven't had service in 3 hours.
