    @Shawhelp I’m getting no signal on one of my tvs and the box underneath has no lights but the other boxes do. I changed the hdmi cable and still nothing.

    @Shawhelp I’ve had 2, and they both have. I am just disappointed and done with this modem. Service used to be so much better.

    Is anyone else in #Winnipeg having trouble with their @Shawhelp internet. I’m doing everything I can to avoid calling but I fear it’s inevitable…

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

    @shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.

    @Shawhelp You have NO IDEA how inconvenient it is, especially when you are in the middle of transferring between flights and hotels and your email is down.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.
