    I am sitting here at my moms place at her internet speed is disturbingly slow. Called @Shawhelp to ask what gives and I am embarrassed by the plans and customer service offered. Hey @TELUSsupport think you can help my mom out? Looking for basic internet that’s at a decent speed.

    @Shawhelp @WillWatson27 I called Shaw about an hour ago and they have an alert about outages in Vancouver but nothing appearing online. Internet has been down for 3 hours now

    @Shawhelp Dunno what time your webpage staff come in but the outages on your website arent posted. I called about 2 hours ago and they said downtown Vancouver is having issues but still 0 reports on the Shaw page.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage today? Seems like I can only access half the websites I usually do. Nothing else works other than reddit, disord, and twitter... And twitter images don't even load. (Calgary)

    Well this isn’t a good start for @Shawhelp. Two mornings in a row waking up to internet being down, there support says nothing is wrong despite the fact multiple people on socials are complaining :/
