    @Shawhelp Nothing ever works with your trouble shooting. Unplugging/resetting/disconnecting every cable imaginable. Nothing ever works. Can’t wait til our contract is done.

    Oh, @ShawInfo /@Shawhelp, and I just had a call from a very nice lady who "wanted to know how things were going," because I was such a long-standing and valued customer. I let her know some of the (myriad) problems I encounter (with you) on a regular basis.

    Is anyone else experiencing trouble with @Shawhelp cable in the St. Albert/Edmonton area tonight? Annoying freezing every minute or so.

    Hi @shawinfo if I wanted to have a buffering stream of tonight’s PPV that I have spent 50 dollars for I would have just pirated the damn thing. Very disappointed.

    @Shawhelp Shaw is terrible. Yesterday No wifi, Today No wifi and yet nothing has been done? I'm pretty sure there has been more than 20 reports. Do your job already

    @TopazAhmed @Shawhelp That is ture they didn’t even grandfathered me all they want is 231 or 246 to keep me even though I pay 175 so what’s the point if they aren’t willing to lower it better switching to @TELUSsupport you just lost a customer Shaw
