@Shawhelp I work from home. I can’t wait till wednesday! K have an overbooking request yet nothing. The modem is dead just need a new modem. No sc is trouble shooting is needed.

Hey @Shawhelp too bad there’s no retailers handling your services anymore. I can’t get through on the phone line and the live chat recommends I call in. Need to replace a satellite on the outside of the house. This is ridiculous
