@Shawhelp My Rogers Xfinity box keeps dropping the Wi-Fi signal almost every day. Sometimes unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes the problem, but not today. The Wi-Fi itself is working just fine.

@ShawInfo I did not cancel my account and I’m being billed for cancellation and device return. I’ve already filed a CCTS complaint against Rogers and will do so for Shaw if this is not reversed.

@Shawhelp It's now Monday and we still can't see it. It keeps telling us that if we want to watch the channel we need to subscribe. According to our acount, we *are* subscribed. I tried to get help through the chat via the website. 2/3

@Shawhelp The person helping me couldn't even find the channel--only found the added RAI News--and said they would transfer me to chat tech support. I waited over an hour to finally become 1st in the queue and then the chat was disconnected. 3/3
