@Shawhelp My internet (Sooke BC) has dropped twice in the past half hour. Shaw fibre model flashing amber light. After reboot it comes back to solid white and works for a while. Currently back up...you guys aware of an issue?

@TELUS my cable/internet bill has gone up almost 20 dollars over the last little while, but I haven’t changed my services. In fact, channels have been removed from my account. This seems very fraudulent on your part. How do I cancel my services and move to @ShawInfo ?

@Shawhelp im having high download latency and it is resulting in high packet loss in games. have tried unplugging and replugging modem and reconnecting to wifi, as well as flush DNS but I am still having these problems

@Shawhelp Nah, let’s keep this public, like I said, the community of Queensland in Calgary has had outages for 10 days now, your own support team told me I was wrong but then checked with your “other support team” who apparently do know about it and don’t have any idea when it will work
