@Shawhelp I included the incident number for reference. Whatever the sound I heard, it wasn't thunder. Sounded more mechanical/explosive in nature.

@Shawhelp why do you close the phonelines so early? It used to be 24/7 , now u can't get help to save your life and chat feature will bounce you out several times. I'm about to switch, its so frustrating!

Question for @Shawhelp - why is it that commercials play smoothly and without a hitch on Shaw, but the actual broadcast show stalks, jumps, freezes or just disappears entirely? Commercials? Not a problem.

@Guinness_kel @Shawhelp I’ve had glitching, freezing, pixelation on BlueCurve since November. Several techs out. They call head office and say it’s a known issue. Clearly something Shaw can’t or won’t fix. Streaming apps work fine, only BlueCurve boxes.

Hey @Shawhelp, I’ve been having an issue with my Bluecurve Gateway the past few days. It’ll randomly lose connection, and take a couple of cycles to get back online…new modem time?

@Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo These are signal attenuators, not "speed reducers" removing them will at best do nothing, and at worst, reduce your speed, unless you have a low signal at your modem. They have much better/easier ways to reduce your speed than with a $2 chunk of cable hardware.
