    @Shawhelp I get not wanting to diagnose over social media. I'm only hear to try and spread the word it might be something else. It could just be something on my end. Last time this happened it was not just a me issue and Shaw did in fact mess something up. Maybe it is maybe it isn't idk.

    @Shawhelp My cable keeps freezing up and is choppy no matter what channel I check. Is there something going on in my area? I live in Springbrook. I found nothing on Shaw North Support.

    I hate @Shawhelp. The cable we pay an arm and a leg for has been freezing, blacking out for more than an hour. We have had this problem for years in our condo building but they do nothing. Time for a new provider. I have long covid & rely on the connection but they do nothing.

    @Shawhelp can you please fix the glitching on TLC channel 23. It is not cutting in and out on any otter channels so it is not anything on my end.

    @Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.

    @Shawhelp @DarcyTymko Don. I talked with Shaw cable support and they acted like it was my issue. You guys need to send out an alert before you get flooded by angry customers.
