@Shawhelp Since you wouldn’t help run even a 100+ CAT5 cable from a modem that is located in the dining room/living room of a house to somewhere downstairs in one of the rooms that I have via a tech call. I can say this employment opportunity goodbye 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

4th @ShawInfo tech is here since mid-August and he can’t get any modem or cable to work. We pay ~$250/month for the highest cable+internet and still have BAD wifi (if at all) and it’s beyond frustrating. Plus, when I call, tech support says it’s my fault! 😤

@ShawInfo After calling a week ago to make appointment for install of new service and being told must pay first, payday is Friday. I have waited patiently and the day came and I have made agreed payment. Now being told I must wait 4 more days as nobody I can get equip from. Lame

@ShawInfo What a complete JOKE. I saw people accessing my BlueCurve account with the address Ip-Coam-*****. Asked to reset since these issues have been happenin over a year. Each time I was hung up on. Keep a look out anyone with Shaw. Bunch of crooks handing out your password
