    @Shawhelp not getting anywhere messaging @ShawDirect My PVR box failed , I assessed with and agent 19 days ago. No new box has arrived, online support gave me a tracking number . And it was returned to sender. Never even made it to my PO BOX . Can somebody inbox me pls.

    @Shawhelp PVR is clearly set up to record only NEW episodes. Yet a 20 year old episode is recorded and not the NEW ONE. How hard is it do program things right. This happens all the ******* time. **** SHAW

    Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.

    Hey @rogers or @ShawInfo .. whoever owns BC’s cable provider… no access to Disney+ on the Blue Curve box all day. Customer service was ZERO helpful & a waste of time. Thanks for nothing

    @ShawInfo your customer service has tanked! 8 different reps 8 different stories 6 hours of my work day gone and still I got the wrong equipment! You charge way too much for such abysmal services. You are just like your owner @RogersHelps craptastic in every conceivable way
