@Shawhelp @ShawInfo I have never received services I would need to cancel immediately.

@Shawhelp Please ensure that all Shaw employees explain that well before selling the product. Maybe a map in the store would help as it is very limited.

@Shawhelp looks like I'm going to pack up my Shaw stuff and send it back to you tomorrow. Somehow I was not just sent the wrong modem, but when the correct one was shipped and I was ready to install my order is cancelled. Your customer care team did not seem to care. @TELUS help!

@Shawhelp I just need to know where to send the modem. Or if I can drop it off at a Shaw store in the mall. I've had Shaw internet for ~20 years and have not been let down like this before.

@Shawhelp it appears if your customers have to work to pay their cable bills they are stuck with issues in that service they are paying for #nowaytotreatacustomer

@Shawhelp Sorry, "Tom" (bot), same answer, no Answer! Is it going to be a week, a month, what? Did the transmission tower in my area topple? Are the underground cables still buried? Will shaw or will shaw not disclose truth about the actual issues? I'm ready to switch providers!!!

@ShawInfo Are you ever going to be honest about the interruptions/ breakdown of cable service? Latest "word on the street" is that it will be upwards of a MONTH before folks in parts of BC will have cable tv. Is this true? I think your subscribers deserve answers!

I'm disappointed in myself that I was a loyal customer of @Shawhelp for so long. Finally took the plunge of switching internet providers to save over $30 a month. Shaw insists I return modem by Canada Post.I explained that was not possible, I was told Canada Post was only option.
