How are we supposed to get a hold of anyone after hours (10pm)? Almost every other night we have a cable, phone and internet outage and its too late at night to get a hold of anyone. I thought you had 24 hour service. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp is pure trash. My brother called on June 10th to notify them of an account/address change happening on June 26th and he’s still dealing with it. He’s now speaking to a 6th person to get this resolved. My brother is the first Shaw customer in history to move residence.
