    @Shawhelp I've been through all of that. Even the tech said he was the last effort. They all gave me the "reasons" why it drops that low but did "everything they could". I understand it's "up to 1000mbs" but it keeps going down to this or even LOWER.....and I'm by myself watching a movie!

    @Shawhelp Hi, I applied for a new home internet connection on 17th September 2021. Technician came for installation on 18th but couldn’t complete the installation as he said a drop-out needs to be installed outside your house. But after that I’m calling shaw technical support almost

    @ShawInfo can you find a real solution in not sending annoying billing notices across all Shaw phone numbers in the same plan! Your rep's solution right now is to block your text messages so we don't see it but it's still being sent. lol #Shaw #Shawmobile

    @Shawhelp everyday and there is no proper response, no timeline and no solution at all. I’m very frustrated as I have no internet from 10 days. I think I have made mistake of shifting to Shaw from Telus and now I need to go back to Telus

    @Shawhelp Also everytime I talk to tech support, the issue isn't happening at those moments and it's ALWAYS "we don't see any issues on our end..let's reboot and see what happens..."

    @Shawhelp Oh I got a call a week or so ago.. 'known issue", "no fix yet", but I was given credit for 2 on demand movies. Totalling $22 worth. 🙄

    @Shawhelp The onscreen guide and features from Shaw remote button to access recordings, is very slow to load on Bluecurve. Any ideas?

    Just a heads up to anyone that deals with @ShawInfo do not deal with them they terminated our account without any notice what's so over go with someone else that won't **** you like this because this is a joke.
