It seems like the @bchydro outage from the fire Monday night is fixed 🙌🏼. Now hopefully we can get @Shawhelp working and be back to 100% #LangleyBC #greatwork

One year into a global pandemic, @ShawInfo has demonstrated themselves to be an unreliable and frankly unpleasant service provider. I am not impressed.

@NEWS1130 @ShawInfo @Shawhelp This Shaw outage is the third major outage that we've experienced in the last month. Why would a single fire cripple all Shaw services? Completely unacceptable.... Especially when people are working from home and cannot access anything externally!
