    @Shawhelp noticing internet slow last couple of days did Shaw speed test this morning 3 times & barely make 400 download speed. I'm paying for internet 600 shouldn't I bee getting nearer to that. Yes using wire connection to Shaw wifi/modem

    @ShawInfo don’t ever sign on with this company. They are a bunch of liars that will lie to get a sale, pressure you on to sign up and then when you do. You don’t get what you were promised and they don’t fix it instead they will charge you extra to fix their lies. #worserviceever

    @Shawhelp so is there an intermittent connectivity problem happening since Monday night? Keep getting disconnected and then it starts working again quickly. I got a new modem today so it should not be that.

    @Shawhelp ive had internet problems for two weeks. This morning you sent out and Engineer who replaced my Blu-Curve Router and now I have no Internet, again having to re-boot re-boot

    Great work by Shaw cable. Schedule a long service outage during a pandemic. Not like people are forced to work from home and kids do online school. Add to that their crack service teams can seem to fix the problem they initiated! Can’t wait to jump to Telus! @Shawhelp
