I called @Shawhelp today to try to cancel my grandmother's call waiting. They couldn't make any changes until the new contact came in on May 8 (?!?!). Apparently they're only allowed one work order at a time?

How bad is #shaw? In 2 days of being a new mobile customer: incoming calls are being told my line is disconnected; the 4g/lte is roaming in my own home - and when it works its worse than dialup. I was lied to about visual voice mail by 2 reps. Cs has been a joke. @Shawhelp

@ShawInfo is a joke. A UFC fight I never ordered showed up on my PVR. Called right away & was told I wouldn’t be charged. Bill comes & I’ve been charged & told there is nothing that can be done. This is after I cancelled my crave & continued to be charged & nothing was done.

@Shawhelp Thanks for the offer but I have zero faith in your organizational capacity to serve customers. I spent 71 minutes on the phone. Got locked into a 24 month contract that costs $11/month more for same services. Can you fix that?
