    @Shawhelp Yes, the original one stopped working after two days. Fortunately I hadn’t sent my old one back yet so we reconnected that until the service call today. The new one is all set up and seems to be working fine. Fingers crossed there’s no more problems.

    @ShawInfo Worst service at Guildford Surrey - drove there, waited in line for a replacement modem, told can’t be served without a ph.tkt &not their problem. told to take old modem back dt because of covid That’s how they treat a customer since ‘98. Hey @TELUS want a new customer?

    @Shawhelp what’s wrong with your employees at Guildford? Drove all the there to replace a defective Shaw modem and they said “it wasn’t their problem.” Really? I think it is. Time to move to @telus after being your customer for over 20 years.

    @Shawhelp .@Shawhelp Pro tip: don't live in #RuralCanada. I have blazing fast WiFi .... but no local internet. Shaw has fibre 2 km away but refuses to put it down the road to hundreds of homes. But @SpaceXStarlink is here and getting installed next week or so!! REAL internet!!

    @MsYouDoYou @TELUS @Shawhelp I was so excited for the day we got telus Fibre in town. I was max 6 down before we got gigabit internet. Best thing the town ever did lol

    @ShawInfo - Just spent 30 minutes on the phone responding to an email offering me, a loyal customer the best possible deal to renew my internet/cable. Service rep had no idea about email or what it said. Turns out the best possible deal - the same I am paying now. Not impressed

    @AlexBraunig @ShawInfo @TELUS Ya get ready with Telus they have rude customer service and there techs are not good I’m happy to be Shaw my service works perfect. And I get great customer service reps to speak with

    @Shawhelp I have been experienced sudden signal loss for awhile now. I just noticed it on a music channel and the last few days it does it while watching a show, whether recorded or not, the screen suddenly goes blank with no sound. If a recording I go back & nothing was lost.
