@Shawhelp So is this month being discounted or are you intending on stealing from people still? You don't supply the fiber speeds you claim and the customer service is deplorable. Your phone assistants and techs are unreliable and just google for you, no knowledge at all.

@Shawhelp I just want to be able to help my students and let my kids take their classes with their teachers. It's that simple. It's as simple as offering a service, paying good money for it, and then not receiving it. It should be an easy problem to solve.
