@Shawhelp And dont even tell le to use the app. It doesnt work. I can log in no problem using the website but the app literally shits itself and then accuses me of shitting myself.

Oh man. Like anything user interface-wise made by non gamers for any online account is so brutal. It takes all of 5 seconds to update credit card info for xbox/psn/Nintendo but to update my card info for my internet provider? Its been 45 minutes. Get your **** together @Shawinfo

Just got off the phone with @ShawInfo to cancel service. Imagine my surprise to find out I was signed up for another 2 yr contract I didn't agree to. They just lost my future business. Check your bills folks.
