    @Shawhelp Sorry, this is the case and your network team confirmed it. I guess upgrading an account in Shaw's world means closing the existing account and any associated email addresses. Will stick to Gmail. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp Did all of the above but the box seems to be stuck on “PSLd” on the display for quite awhile now. Have been trying to reset and fix it for almost an hour now.

    @Shawhelp I just got off DM with support and they have no records of my email account. Poof! The reply from support was less than than adequate. I recently upgraded my services, but at no time did I close my account.
