    @Shawhelp Consider this a 'test' to see if Shaw still has the "CAN DO" and "CUSTOMER FOCUSED" values it espoused way back in the day when I worked there! I'm not reaching out again. I tried. You didn't listen. Now I'm on Twitter. If you guys want to reach out to me I'm happy to chat!

    @Shawhelp @FreedomMobile P.S. I used to be proud to be a Shaw customer in that when I spoke to an agent they were always a fellow CDN. The folks I spoke to today in Belize were earnestly trying to do their jobs but honestly they just don't understand my circumstances or needs the way a fellow CDN would!

    This company is an absolute joke @Shawhelp my internet went down this morning, not apart of the outage, and you can’t get a tech here for 2 days to take a look? Awesome customer service, not.

    @Shawhelp And I'm continuing to tweet as I believe the level of support that you've provided me today was unacceptable and Shaw needs to be publicly called out for this on the basis that public perception seems to be the only way to ever bring about change in 'too big' organizations!
