    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Over 500 mobile home owners in #alberta #CoveCommunities parks are having their shaw basic cable cut March 1 2023. Can you provide a sales contact to see what Shaw can do to keep the service active for these people?

    On forever-hold with @Shawhelp to cancel our long-suffering internet service. Ages on hold, music mixed with loud static and product pitches for guest wifi that will ‘give insights’ and let us send targeted ads. A dream experience to be sure.

    @Shawhelp I'd like to get online to you know... do my job... can we get an update on the outtage in the Calgary Area? Last update is from yesterday at 2 PM which is a backdated entry as it is. The Shaw outtage map showed "no issues" last evening when we didn't have a connection!
