  @Shawhelp I have no dial tone on my home phone in surrey. Is there an outage? Cable and internet are fine.

  @MetalBlonde @Shawhelp Karina, do they need to run the lines from tower/pole to your cabin still? My in-laws had to pay a good amount for this as they were 2 telephone polls away from service and then had to bring it up to their house, which is a fair distance.
