    1/ Update: it’s a days-long network issue with @ShawInfo that still isn’t resolved. Today happened to be my install date (booked 2 weeks ago) for Shaw internet. Day 1 as a Shaw customer and I can’t help but wonder how an outage like this would be handled in southern Ontario…?

    @Shawhelp Hi Taylan. I have sent a DM and have requested a tech come out to make sure there isn’t an issue on our end and the online chat worker didn’t acknowledge it

    @Shawhelp And I'm down again.... Middle of updating an unreal of amount of machines. Why does this keep happening? Earlier today for 20 minutes? Now this morning for another 5? Can you not keep your switches together?

    @Shawhelp hi Shaw, noticed repeated, daily drops in the wifi over the past 2-3 weeks. It will be down anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. This is a problem when working from home. Can you assist?
