    @Shawhelp We are, and as usual it’s unplug replug. My thought Is if I paid Shaw for the actual service received the company would be billing by the hour as that’s how ****** the service is on both customer service and services provided.

    Ah… my favourite experience with @ShawInfo again. Trying to refresh my service, and if I, as a 20 year customer want to stay with Shaw, that’ll cost me $40/month more than a new customer. @Shawhelp you guys need to figure out that losing existing customers is not healthy

    @Shawhelp My buddy was fighting with your customer service to have the area looked at! A tech got here at 7 and fixed it! 2 days you didn’t believe! Disgraceful! Shame on Shaw!

    sadness @Shawhelp TV not working - TWO days tech help + many previous days w/o @weathernetwork wait SIX more days b4 physical tech help available - can record & watch things but major sadness for those who need live updates - gonna have to figure compensation once fixed @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp The tech finally ran a report and found there is an RF issue to the modem. They are finally sending someone out but it shouldn’t take so long to get matters resolved.

    @Shawhelp We’ve screen shots of every conversation with them. It’s every 24- 48 hours. We will be speaking to @TELUS to bring us service since it’s obvious Shaw can’t nor do they care.

    @studingo @Shawhelp @TELUS So only having the usual 15-20mbit down every time the upload on the node decided to go wonky I couldn't stream at all the twitch (constant dropped connection/frames).....I then switched to Telus and never looked back after I went on their fiber.

    @Shawhelp I was at the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton last night. Phone connected to the shaw pass point service. It was abysmally slow. Turned wifi off to use lte instead. Wifi Signal needs some help in that building.
