@Shawhelp My connection has been awful for over a week now bouncing from 144.4 Mbps if I'm lucky to 7 Mbps then suddenly just disconnecting. You said to call 1-888-472-2222 which I did & the recorded message says it will be 45 minutes before anyone will talk to me. Seriously? 😡

@Shawhelp Also, the first customer service rep I spoke with initially said she could upgrade me for less money than the plan listed on your website... but then couldn't, at the last minute, after I agreed to upgrade (at the lower cost).

@Shawhelp our services just went down in Citadel, Calgary. I see there’s been issues in Edgemont. Would this suddenly impact us now too?
