    @TazandGiosmom @Shawhelp The pod in my pic has a port at the top. Wonder if that's what they were promising you and never delivered on. And yeah, the modem and boxes are great in a bungalow or apartment. Absolutely useless in multilevel homes.

    Jeebus @Shawhelp why is the internet such a pile of delay at 3:00 in the morning? This is Dalhousie, Calgary and I constantly have to renew the DHCP lease just to get google earth to refresh. It doesn’t even matter which room I’m in or which network I am using.

    Wow @Shawhelp #alltimeworst customer experience ever. 3 days to fix my internet during covid? I can't work anywhere else. And you won't call me to resolve. Only email. Brilliant since I don't have internet access.
