    @Shawhelp is there an outage in surrey. I woke up to my modem saying I needed to register it. I have a small business account and the downstream and upstream buttons are blue not green.

    @Shawhelp Swapped a faulty CISCO modem with an XB6 and they’re charging an extra $10! Why? Isn’t faulty hardware your issue? Why is it charged to me?Can someone at @TELUSsupport help offer a better plan to me ?

    Shaw Internet is literally the worst for gaming. Shaw internet being ****** per usual. Ended up costing me even more ranked points and I now have a 1 hour ban. Can @ShawInfo recommend me an internet service provider that actually works? #ShawInternet

    @Shawhelp This is about deleting RECORDED shows on App. I need info on how to CANCEL shows scheduled to record. See no option offered to cancel when I look at my Scheduled recordings. Thanks.

    So much for @ShawInfo promising to help customers "during difficult economic period". The extension banner doesn't come up & personal customer service no longer exists. So you keep up and now they want payment in full two short of what they know is your payday. #YEG #YYC #ableg

    @Shawhelp That's not my question. If I move out of a Shaw Mobile eligible area (for example, move from Vancouver to Squamish), will SHAW cancel my service?

    @Shawhelp if I lived in one of the areas worthy of being eligible for Shaw Mobile and became a mobile customer, then later moved to an area not considered important enough, would you cancel/close my Mobile account?
