    @Shawhelp Wondering if there are issues in the New Westminster area. Speed is great, but then out of nowhere the connection drops altogether - usually when I am on a Zoom call.

    @Shawhelp Ya I did and they couldn’t chat me through the problem and won’t book a time to come that doesn’t involve me having to take a few hours off work or that my wife can do after she gets home at 4 even after saying 3-5 is a normal available time for your techs

    @Shawhelp Glad to see a phone number now, but once you connect on MyShaw we can’t never find a phone number, a phone number is very easy to be found when buying a Shaw Product! Called that number and had someone within 1 min trying to sell me a Shaw Product! Managed to get the issue solved

    @Shawhelp As I said, it happens on several channels. Not only Sportsnet. My neighbours have a satellite dish and their SN360 isn’t glitching at all. The SN app also works fine. It is 100% Shaw. Some local techs in Medicine Hat have even admitted it being an issue.

    @Shawhelp Good morning. Are there any outages in Leduc/Beaumont region of Alberta? Cable & Wifi are out and rebooting modem didn’t help.
