    @Shawhelp No offence but you missed my point. If I went on Twitter asking for help every time my internet went out it’d be my full time job. SM is about transparency. It would be nice if we could hear up to date issues & solutions. Shaw’s support site doesn’t instantly cover all outages.

    So @ShawInfo had done something sneaky. Because I pay my bills on time and don't need auto-pay they charge me 5 Bux extra per line because I don't have autopay turned on. So 260 a month is now 280. Never missed a payment. #scam

    Thanks @Shawhelp for all the help today. 22 years with @telus and @TELUSsupport literally told me how to switch providers without even asking why. Now THATS how you retain customers. Will switch my wife’s plan from Telus too.

    Hey @ShawInfo I’ve talked to agents on chat & phone and have not found any solutions for my internet service. The frustration is growing. Any help via Twitter? Beginning to feel you’re company that doesn’t really care :(
