  @ShawInfo I have no idea how you stay in business! I’ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes waiting for an agent to upgrade my internet and nobody is answering the “live chat”. Tough to stay loyal when your coverage AND service both suck!

  @brockgs @FedEx @ShawInfo I was directly transferred to another department and then sat on hold for like 20 minutes, at the end, their system was down haha.

  @Shawhelp I signed up for Shaw last week but keep getting bumped off internet. I'm on chat for help and I've been on here over 45 min but 2 agents have had to go off their shift or on their breaks. So I'm not getting helped. I don't get this service.
