@Shawhelp when are you restoring service to Langley?

  • Airambc77 Airam (@Airambc77) reported

@Shawhelp Good to know that it’s connected to the power outage.

  • gekido gekido (@gekido) reported

@Shawhelp our internet keeps dying after midnite (has happened a few times this week, is down now) - what's up with this?

  • etomboulian Evan (@etomboulian) reported

@Shawhelp @yogafan26 Can you guys just install a new damn router outside the affected area? Waiting on hydro is not a valid excuse at this point. Give us an ETA so that people know when they can wfh again. I hope bill credits are forthcoming.

  • closetag Closetag (@closetag) reported

@Shawhelp @thyzoburt So you’re telling people it’s still a ‘hydro related problem’; does that mean your techs aren’t able to work on it yet? Hydro says weeks or months to return power to fire destroyed site. If it’s still a hydro related problem your time frame makes no sense.

  • DylanFFscrub Dylan (@DylanFFscrub) reported

@Shawhelp I have since this morning and still don’t have any eta on when I can expect service to be restored.

  • pomroy_rob Rob Pomroy (@pomroy_rob) reported

@ShawInfo your customer service people and technical support system are terrible. You really need to train them better and allow them to use common sense instead of relying on a playbook.

  • LindsayAlberta Lindsay (@LindsayAlberta) reported

@Shawhelp we are out of service again. Website says it’s resolved but it went down again. West St Paul, MB

  • TheFloodTV The Flood (@TheFloodTV) reported

Ended stream - and will try again in half an hour. SUPER Unreliable upload speeds, dropping half the frames. @Shawhelp - Spoke to y'all the other day "possibly a saturation issue" ... can we ... fix... that? That'd be tight. 😓

  • baseball_layne Layne Douglas (@baseball_layne) reported

Hey @Shawhelp another outage in NW #yyc again?
