    @ShawInfo why do y’all advertise the download speeds at like 1gb and then when I actually download something its only like 100mb/s? 🤔 never understood this, like on the “speed test” ill get 1gb but actual downloads i never do.. this some false advertising 👀

    @Shawhelp some TV channels went off the air this morning in our Coquitlam area...still not working. CTV, Global..,etc. Any eta?

    @Shawhelp are you having issues today in #Vancouver. Not all channels are broadcasting. Any updates? It’s currently 44 minutes to speak with a human.
