@rgstone1 @Shawhelp Historically they have had decent customer service. Standard message has been "we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes". No it is not higher than normal, you just don't care that much to make the wait time shorter. Tried calling last week though and it just hangs up.

@Shawhelp I am not currently a customer. Can you tell me if you have the ability to kill the voicemail feature, if I switch? I want it dead. Kaput. Pining for the fjords. If you can’t tell me, no worries.
@Whofreak555 @Shawhelp Support lines busy with many calls causing long wait times? Sounds like a lot of customers are having the same issues. It’s almost definitely on their side. What city? My TV & Internet are both out in Edmonton

@EdmFLBfanatic @Shawhelp Southern AB. Don’t bother with support, they just tell you to redo the support steps three more times before giving up and moving onto the next person
@Shawhelp Unfortunately that doesn’t help us now. We just transferred 5 lines over and it’s not working for us now. Future plans aren’t helpful to a today issue.

@ShawInfo customers, recommend not getting the new Shaw Blue curve PVR! It’s a POS! And customer service ain’t much better!
@Shawhelp my internet is all over the map. I keep having to reset my gateway. It'll work as normal anywhere from an hour, to a day or so, but then drops back down to single digit speeds. Seriously considering looking for a new provider. Shaw, you need to get your ducks in a row!
