@TELUS my @Shawhelp 2 year 300MB contract expires next month and they’re asking me to renew and pay more monthly. You guys got anything for me to make the switch? I’ve been using Shaw for years; down to make the switch if I can pay the same or save.

@Shawhelp I've been having this issue quite frequently this year. Not sure if it's normal, but I shouldn't have to be having this issue this frequent. Poor service, having to reboot moden up to 3 times a day at times is not what I pay for.

@Shawhelp your customer service is terrible. Being told later today, 24 hours, now 48 hours. Writing to the BBB about this. I want out of my contract. You are not upholding your end of it.

@Shawhelp very strange problem right now. I'm watching Highway Thru Hell and the background music is on so I know my volume is working, but I'm not getting any of the conversation nor the narrator. The commercials are working perfectly 🙄

.@ShawInfo @shawhelp We will be almost 48 hours without internet or cable. A technician was working up the pole behind our place yesterday and then nada. First service call we can get is Thursday morning. Not impressed. Is this what you consider good service?
