    @Shawhelp When I called, they said there’s an “outage” in our area and she’s seeing others disconnecting around the same time as us. It’s just Shaw crippling our internet cause they want to. Literally as soon as I called about it, the light went back to white.

    @Shawhelp TV and internet have been very poor quality since yesterday evening. TV goes pixely and internet connection is intermittent.

    @Shawhelp Here’s an update for everyone reading this: agent kept ignoring the fact that it’s on Shaw’s side and kept trying to make me do all the usual troubleshooting. I got the wifi to work myself but again, the ethernet is still not working.

    @Serena_Monsoon @Shawhelp Same. Also just got a text from someone else in my neighbourhood. Their Shaw is down too. Seems like we have an old-fashioned outage. Shaw - can you please check again?!
