@ShawInfo do you know that the cable in the Crossing at Rivers Edge are is not working right. It keeps freezing up. Restarting the blucurve and the tv box doesn't solve it.

@Shawhelp I already dealt with your customer service supervisor this morning and I don't need to go hide into a DM because you don't want the public to know how much you don't value your long time loyal customers by allowing them to upgrade while in a contract.
