@Shawhelp Hey there. I have Wifi but no Ethernet connection & the troubleshooter tells me I have no network address & it's set to dynamic as usual. Is it worth calling in? Is this something your techs can walk me through? I tried various fixes to no avail.

@TECHNOQUEENTSLA @Rogers @ShawInfo My biggest issue is that, while prices have to remain the same (or better) for 5 years, they're taking device financing away from those with Shaw Mobile plans when they're migrated over to Rogers. Worse is if existing device balances will have to be paid early

@TELUSsupport I switched to Telus from @ShawInfo based on “better internet”. Have had more issues than ever. Down again today.
