  @Shawhelp 2/ They have called in multiple times. And have been offered credits. Not a solution. Or a timeline of when it will be fixed. It’s dangerous for them not to have reliable phone or internet service and no help in sight.

  @Shawhelp Is Springbrook internet and TV having issues tonight? My internet keeps dropping and my TV won’t bring up any channels but your website says there are no outages.
