    @Shawhelp Our Internet is terrible, really bad. Been especially bad all week with next to no connection every morning. Ookla finally pushes through after about 10 minutes, tells me I'm connected via Telus. So why are we paying for Shaw?

    @ShawInfo you are the worst this 20 year customer is looking for a new tv and internet provider. It will be worth buying out my contract to not have to deal with you

    @Shawhelp Most of my channels in Stony Plain are not working. Showing error 03059. I tried a reboot. Didn’t work. Any ideas? Thanks!

    @Shawhelp my mom who is a senior is out in Stony Plain and her cable channels have been out all day...she says on the screen it gives a number to call and it's a recording saying there is a outage.
