    @Daggerville @Shawhelp last couple days mine has been freezing and starting again..skipping time. Both TV and the app on my tablet was doing this.. I saw a few posts on FB about this same issue with other folks on Shaw. Yet to see or hear an explaination of why though.

    @Shawhelp I have been charged in my credit card for internet services, but I got a letter from you stating that payment was never made. Tried reaching customer support regarding the issue and they aren't able to provide any solution to this. 1/2

    Hey @Shawhelp your site says SW calgary has outages today, can you specify what communities? Seem to be having wicked issues here and just want to make sure that its only cause that.

    @Shawhelp Hey the ‘last watched’ and numerical channel search isn’t working on the remote. Only Guide search and voice command are working. New batteries in remote. Is this a Shaw issue?
