    @Shawhelp really crappy that you didn't bother to tell @TekSavvyCSR as soon as you knew Fort Mac was out. After time wasted on the phone troubleshooting you finally let them know why internet is down so they could tell customers. Still down with no ETA. Over 12 hours.

    @ShawInfo my Blu curve boxes can't keep up with a 4k signal despite being 700 Mbps... Pretty outages for almost 200 bucks a month
