  @Shawhelp I hate Shaw. I hate your tech support, I hate your service. Full service outage since yesterday. I NEED internet for work. Slip filing deadlines are Tuesday but no one can come check until Thursday. What if this happens in tax season???

  @Shawhelp FYI @shawhelp - the link you provided does not work. Our staff have already been in contact with Technical Support on the phone outage issue. There is a scheduled maintenance planned in the general area that may be causing the outage?

  @Shawhelp not sure what's going on. But for a week my internet has been good for about 6 hours or so. Then late at night it goes to crap. Wifi is on and can connect to modem but have no internet access. Started last Monday and was good until Friday.
