    Losing 2 more days of work because @ShawInfo cancelled the visit to fix the internet after almost 2 hours waiting for someone o show up

    @ShawInfo So... I updated to Fibre+ 300 and the XB6 modem arrived and it's terrible (fan noise and smells), now I want to go back to what I had before (within 3 days cancellation) and your rude customer service is telling me I can't? Seriously?!?!

    Ok @Shawhelp , what is going on with internet speeds? I am capping out at 20% of the advertised bandwidth. And I have heard others are having this issue too.

    I swear to God, if I get ONE MORE phone call from @ShawInfo I’m going to lose it!!! I am not a Shaw customer, and the fact that I keep getting phone calls about my internet (which is not Shaw, and that my LANDLORDS pay for), I definitely won’t be a future customer.
