    I've had more dropped calls and poor/no reception with Bell in the last year than all my years with them. We got our daughter on with @ShawInfo (Shaw mobile) for a fraction of the cost and she often has better reception than me.

    Day 4 of no internet because @ShawInfo won't come down to fix it. Called me after my scheduled appointment to tell me the guy "called in sick". This is ridiculous and awful service. Such a joke

    It took 42 minutes for @Shawhelp to cancel my grandmother's call waiting. Here's the rabbit hole of 'bundled' plans fun part: we had to add voicemail to stop her fees from going up. Because apparently it costs more to have less.

    I asked @Shawhelp if there was an option for service that didn't include up to $480 in early cancellation fees. Mentioning that my grandmother is 95. None were presented. Apparently they'd be so expensive its not even worth looking it up.
