@Shawhelp Yes I called and they needed to send a technician which took 4 days and it’s still happening. He doesn’t know his account number and I can find it right now plus there’s a 2+ hour wait right now for technical support which I’m not waiting because last time they couldn’t help us

@Shawhelp I contacted you the other day saying my Shaw 600 was only going 200. Well seems fast (dot) com is the issue. I've tried 3 other speed tests and they all have me between 610 and 630 on multiple tests. Interesting.

@ColleenDFitz @ShawInfo @Shawhelp No worries. I did my own installation and it was a cinch. Removing 100' of coaxial cable was the tough part. I did spend about 20 minutes on the phone with a CSR about channels that I was not supposed to be getting, but I usually use Twitter DM's with them. Ask if you need help.
